They are so fast, sometimes I think they know my order even before I order it! Recently UPS messed up our order, but that was due to weather and not jiffyshirts fault.

I was shopping around trying to find t-shirts in one color, but a range of sizes. Everywhere I looked it was hard to find 2x in or 4x in the same color or style as the smaller unisex shirts and then I remembered seeing ads for Jiffy shirts. I checked your site and found exactly what I needed. I even received the shirts earlier than expected
Received my shirts next day and had some DTF's that came the day after. I used a competitor a few weeks ago and will never use them again, paid extra to have next day delivery and it took them four days to get it to me. I love Jiffy and will only orfer from you moving forward!
I ordered 8 shirts and realized about 2 hours later I had ordered the wrong size on 3. I contacted Jiffy and they were so helpful fixing my problem. My original order had already shipped but return/replacement was sp smooth, efficient and easy. I've haven't dealt with customer service this great in years!

I ordered some shirts from Jiffy a few weeks ago, and there were a few hiccups with the order. Greeshma from Jiffy was quick to answer and super helpful in getting those taken care of the best she could.
Placed order one day and received our order the very next day, my boss couldn't believe it. Very happy with service.
I always have great experiences with Jiffy from the quality of their products to customer service. My only small suggestion would be to consider putting the dtf rolls in plastic or some other protective material inside the shipping box. The boxes are not always put in places where they are protected from the rain and can potentially get ruined-almost happened to me.
