They have the best prices on their t-shirts. Plus the quality of the shirts & of the DTF transfers is wonderful.
I had 2 client orders I leveraged Jiffy for. Unfortunately on both occasions, they messed up my orders and I was missing items from my orders or they were done incorrectly. Customer service was initially responsive on my last order that missed 2 wick shirts with hoodie, but the situation wasn't resolved. It's been almost 2 weeks and I didn't receive any replacements or a response to my follow up emails. Needless to say, my client and I were left hanging. I'll be finding another vendor. I thought I found a really good vendor in the beginning, but lack of communication and just leaving the situation unresolved is poor handling of the situation. Mistakes can happen but its how you handle it and bounce back that matters. Unfortunately this time around, this was the end result. So if you are just doing a small order for personal hobby, this could work. If you have a business, I would find a vendor that would at least help resolve the situation and not leave you looking silly to your clients.
So far all of my orders looked really good. The quality is great and delivery is fast.

The only thing I found difficult was trying to duplicate a design I had already created) ex- I need one more tshirt in a different size and I had to recreate the mockup because the design of the tshirt that I had originally ordered could not be found

Jiffy's service is so fast that I think they must know my order before I do!
They are so fast, sometimes I think they know my order even before I order it! Recently UPS messed up our order, but that was due to weather and not jiffyshirts fault.
