They went above and beyond to help me with my logo. It felt so good to have the professional step in and help me out without making me feel like I'd messed up so it wasn't their fault. They not only listened to what I said, but they instructed me on what to do and when I still could not get it right, they stepped on and created the product that I wanted at no extra cost to me
Now this is truly customer service and I've found my forever with this company. Not going ANYWHERE else.

I have used Jiffy for many years! I've always gotten good, quality shirts! My last 2 orders have included having them printed as well. The logo, clipart, and text has been spot on! They are cheaper than just buying the shirt and having them printed locally. I highly recommend Jiffy for any of your printing needs!

I had order a DTF that I had three shirts whose print did not stay on. I pressed every shirt the same. So I ordered 5 or 6 more of the same prints and when I opened them, letters were missing and there was something ike strings on some of the letters. This appeared on all the new prints and has caused me to be even more delayed in redoing the shirts that I needed to. This has given me a bad reputation on making and redoing shirts and I am disappointed that this happened as I enjoying using your business to help me grow mine,

I was impressed how well my graphic printed and the quality of the sticker paper. I was hoping it would be thinner because I needed it to stick on a cylinder. So far it is holding fine, but with the paper thickness and the lack of real stickiness there is some concern.

I ordered 4 t shirts and only received 2. I did not get an email or any communication about why or when I will be receiving them. I have confirmation of the order.

I've been wearing Comfort Colors t shirts for many years, and I have noticed that the fabric is not nearly as thick as it used to be. I'm not s7re when this happened, probably several years ago. Also, I have had problems with some shirts in which the neck gets stretched out and looks bad. Now, though, the neck openings are too tight, maybe to keep them from stretching out, but they are not comfortable. The quality has gone down. I wonder if I could find the original quality through a different vendor?

I gave a specific instructions that only letters, logos, designs and numbers will be transferred to the cups/saucers but what arrived was a design in a paper sticker. I requested to replace it but I haven't heard anything

Ordered the shirts expecting to get them on time they started was shipped by ups and then later got handed off to the post office and they arrived later than when was expected. Just disappointed in the whole experience honestly

This was my second time ordering stickers, and the delivery was delayed by 2 days and I luckily they arrived early enough for my event. Definitely having second thoughts about ordering again.

There was a minor issue with my order but I contacted Jiffy and Blanca took care of it start to finish. This insures that I'll turn to Jiffy again. They are clearly professionals!
I ordered reflective DTF and I'm so pleased with it.

Blanks were delivered, but I'm still waiting on my transfers, which have no tracking and just states "warehouse delay" for the past 5 days. They have always shipped next day previously. Jiffy customer service has not responded to my request for the order status. I only want to know if the order is going to be fulfilled or not. I understand there are delays here and there but no communication is a red flag for me. There is no number to call. Very disappointing as I thought I had a trusted company to order from in Jiffy.

Everything I order comes in very quickly and is amazing quality. I had a hiccup in my order last week. I emailed them at 8:30 at night and I had a new order before the end of the next day. Customer service is amazing. I cannot see enough amazing things about the company.

I ordered shirts and with the shirts came free transfers. I found out that I ordered the wrong sized shirts and I canceled the order within 2 minutes. But then within another two minutes, I noticed I could change the size of the shirt. So I tried to I also emailed you guys to see if we can get that fixed. I didn't need the transfers, because I print my own.But as long as they were free, I was going to get them. It ended up. I had to reorder the shirts and I had to pay for the transfers. So I ended up costing me double for something I really didn't need in the first place.

Jiffy is always my go to for shirts and other apparel. I have had much successes using Jiffy in the past. Usually I find everything I need. But lately, it's becoming much harder to find what I need. So many things out of stock with no eta of restock.

I ordered transfers at the last minute and got them 3 days earlier than expected. I wasn't expecting the color to pop as it did. The transfers went on easy and they look great!
