When ordering, it always says next day delivery. It never arrives on time! Always takes 2-3 days which defeats the purpose of using a company that apparently provides quick service. I'm constantly missing deadlines due to this issue.

I have been using Jiffy shirts for about five years now normally when I get my packages, they come in boxes. Everything is usually delivered properly. But the last two times I ordered from Jiffy it was not Jiffy's fault. It was pacifically delivery UPS fault. My package came damaged Taped dirty, and I had missing items both times on my delivery. I informed Jiffy about the situation with the shirts on both occasions and in a timely matter, the shirts were replaced and sent to me properly. So thank you so much for caring about customer service because you guys made sure that I got exactly what I needed. But I am still unhappy with The with UPS delivery services that I received from them on their end because they are careless with people packages
