I typically use Jiffy for my uv DTF stickers and don't have any issues. However, my most recent order - I placed the order on a Monday, the delivery date was for that Wednesday. I was expecting them Wednesday, I had orders that needed to ship the next day. Wednesday it wasn't even in process to print and later in the day it was listed as "warehouse delay." I contacted customer service, I chatted the AI messenger twice, I emailed and received no replies for days. I ended up having to rush order the stickers with another company and I essentially lost money on my pending orders. When I finally got a reply from Jiffy it was days later and I still had to request a refund. Then my order suddenly shipped, but a week late.
Very disappointed -- delays happen, but I received zero communication and was left with no idea what was going on
I had a issue with 2 of my items this time. One came dirty and the other was not printed correctly. Both were taken care of almost immediately. I got my refund the following day, and the print was redone and shipped out the next day without charging shipping.
While making cups and shot glasses for my daughter's party, I had issues with the DTFs. The image didn't stay in tact when removing the back film. I gave up and will try again this weekend but I was really frustrated with the process so far.
The back of the stickers are almost impossible to remove. Color looks great. Legible.
The writing (DOGGIE DAYCARE & BOARDING) on the transfers is too dark and blends in with the background color so it's not legible. The transfer color seems over saturated and not true to the image that was provide. I would have expected someone to reach out to inform me that the color on those particular words should be changed to be legible. As the sticker and transfer are the same image and the sticker is legible and color is good.
The customer service was get as well as the ordering and delivery process. My only issue is with the color was not as described. The pictures were a brighter purple and I received a deep dark purple. I can't use these.
More times than not I have issues with my DTF transfers and sometimes I have notified y'all but many times I haven't because of time crunch on getting them back. I have considered using other companies to see what the experience is with them but haven't jumped the gun yet.

Skin tone is orange not brown, not satisfactory but had to use them because of last minute. The past dtf were great prints. Thinking this order not as good.
The prints didn't match the color that I sent in. Jiffy was quick to correct the issue and handled it quickly. I was very satisfied and appreciative.
The shirt is fine overall except through hips--itndoes not button at all. I have ordered from many sites and never have I encountered a small shirt so narrow in the hip area.
I had done the exact same picture that I had ordered on vinyl and it took me hours to weed it out then it still didn't transfer well because some of the pieces that when I received this pressed it on on the rest of the shirts that I was making it was just perfect it turned out just perfect no touch ups nothing I will definitely continue to use them
When you get a item that is not right they won't email you back to correct the problem.It has been over 8 days with proof of a mess up and nothing from Jiffy. Lost a 100.00 order and customer due to this issue and if you need edits on transfer they dont send you a look to approve the design! It has been a horrible experience and still has not be corrected! Also when they say you will get prints they are usually a day later than what they say!
I've never had any serious problems with the products, but when or if I do, I can guarantee that the customer service will be exceptional. I enjoy ordering from this company because of their fast turn around and quality service. They haven't disappointed me yet.

I have been ordering from jiffy for 6 years and have never had a problem until my last order. It was delivered in the middle of a thunderstorm at 1 in the morning. Needless to say all the shirts were ruined.
