I needed a logo fast and I was so impressed with the speed to create what I needed in the Jiffy system, the speed in which I received it and the quality of the transfer.

Uv Transfers were sent in a 4inch x 4 inch box and rolled to the diameter of a nickel. When I too the take off the their were wrinkles between the top and bottom sheets of plastic… every order is something new. And I'm growing tired and I'm just about to get my transfers locally … jiffy customer service has been great. But nobody reaches out to customer service where there isn't a problem…I'm a small business owner and I don't have time for the nonsense.
The transfer was dull. No matter how many times I press down on the back and front the glossy protector will not stick over the image. Easy to peel off with my nail.
I ordered one day, mid day, next day it arrived! From time of placing order to delivery drop off it was less than 24 hours! That is awesome. And the amount of colors offered at a very fair price is also a major plus.
I used the chat feature to get clarification on when my order was supposed to be delivered. UPS was showing that they had not received the package yet but I was being told by the representative that my order would be delivered the following day. I immediately became furious because not only was I being spoken to like a gullible five year old, I also was being blatantly lied to! I have zero tolerance for lying in any way especially in this case when I was looking for the honest delivery date for my order. I will NEVER be using Jiffy again after this experience.
Yes. I am highly upset. My replacement order was wrong. I received over half of my shirts in the wrong size and the I don't know 60 something transfers I received from that same order were the wrong size. I am so upset. My mother orders from you literally all the time and never has an issue. I am an online seller so, these mistakes or whatever you want to call this has put my business in jeopardy. This order was almost $400! And now I have had to order from someone else and spend MORE money! I wasn't going to say anything and chalk it up to a loss but, I am just so mad.
Easy to use site for creating your own lettering DTF's or using files. Prompt shipping, nice colors and easy to press. Hopefully they last through many washes.
So happy I tried Jiffy... we have really tight turnaround times from finalizing our roster to needing our uniforms, and these prints were shipped so quickly, and they ironed on beautifully! I tried ordering just generic numbers on Amazon and the quality of the Amazon numbers didn't even compare. After getting my first order, turned around and ordered a bunch more. Found super soft sweatshirts at Walmart and was able to make my team uniforms and sweatsuits for half the price, and twice as fast as the many, MANY other options I tried. I'm sold, and never going back to the chaos of hoping the other companies printing and shipping our gear in time. This is a huge relief for so many reasons. Knowing I have the items in hand, in advance is a huge stress reduction.
We had a significant portion of 1 transfer that didn't print. Within 24 hours Jiffy had contacted us, shipped, and provided a tracking number. The corrected transfer was on our doorstep before we even started working on the products.
I was looking to create my daughter in law a few things for her to wear to work to be comfortable in as a gift to her. So when I searched what I was trying to do I came across Jiffy. I didn't have to buy by the bulk and I was able to get multiple size prints as well. Price was ok. But the quality was even better. Thank you jiffy for your best!
First time I have used DTF transfers. The process was extremely user friendly, they shipped faster than initially communicated and they pressed beautifully using my heat press. I will be ordering more!
I made a mistake. The problem was me. I submitted an image that had an error. I didn't realize it at the time and printed the mistake. Realizing it only after receiving my order. I sat in the floor and cried. Your customer service listen to a problem and then provide real solutions while being gracious and supportive. They went above board helping me get my design corrected and resubmitted. I am impressed with how you all handled this entire process. Thank you
I may have been wrong, but misunderstanding the cost of the transfers. I thought it said I had free transfer and the price was what they would have cost and the shipping cost depended upon a certain amount.
Secondly, the transfer named: Salvation, Jesus paid it all, some of the letters were faint.

This was my very first attempt using sublimation. I really did not know how it worked. From choosing a picture to uploading to pressing onto fabric. First project is complete and i am looking forward to my next project.
