Sometime the products are literally a hit or a miss. It's like Forest Gump says "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get out of it." But customer service is really great never had an issue with them.

I wish, since all 3 garment choices are the same color and style, that I could have an option for discount on the design services. It doesn't make sense to pay $10 three times for the same thing. Otherwise, it's always a great experience

Your computer system has a terrible time with third-party shipping. I purchase items and donate them to various organizations and I wish to do that anonymously and every time I try to ship it your company puts my name all over it. Even though I ask for the shipping address to be the name of the receiver, you still manage to put my name as the recipient. I've now closed my account and will now do individual orders and open one time use accounts makes it much more difficult for me to do business with you and I'll start seeking another source.

Shirts are always on time. DTF delay sometimes which can cause a small business to have to issues refunds...
