I have ordered many times in the past and have always been happy with the selection and quick shipping.

I love the product but too many times I have had issues with shipping delays. Your website would tell you the earliest is a certain date if ordered within the next... hours but then when you are at the last step submitting it changes to days later. Or sometimes it promises a date but yet it doesnt come in time. There is no option for express shipping and if you have an issue there is no 'contact us', I feel that is bad customer service to not have a # or someone to contact when you have problems.

I ordered a couple of shirts on my first order. I needed them by a certain day for an event. They never shipped out due to an error that I found out about later through an email. I was offered $20 and then $50 credits for the inconvenience. This offering was not even enough to cover the complete exact cost of my reorder.

Every experience I've ever had ordering from jiffy has always been super great! Price, quality, colors all excellent! No issues!

Throughout my many orders, which is about 100. I've never took this long to check out. I have been wrestling with this app alongside the computer and the iPad all day long just to put in a simple transfer order every time I login it closes me out empty my cart. This was the worst experience I've had this far. It's time I take my business elsewhere.

I am not sure if I am reading at checkout correctly. Every time I have ordered, it says free shipping, but it actually charges me for the shipping even when I spend over $300.
