Some of the printing on my previous order was fuzzy/distorted on some of the stickers. Hopefully my new order comes in better.

I submitted an issue with my last order and I never received a response

I'm always surprised by the quick turn around for the DTF's designs. I normally have them in hand within 3 days of placing the order. The quaility seems to be spot on... no one has complained or brought back issues with anything I have done for them. And the items are always so bright and colorful. I have switched to Jiffy for most of my DTF printing.

I love the quick turn around especially with my t-shirt business I need a quick turn around since my dtf machine has gone down. I love it.

I've always ordered and loved getting my DTFs along with sweatshirts and t-shirts from jiffy even before there were DTFs. My last 2 orders have been messed up with my DTF transfers. I then have to explain to my customers that it is going to take longer than normal to get their items to them. I then have to spend my time uploading pictures and sending you messages to have my orders corrected and then I have to sit and wait for the items to be resent to me. I have had reps tell me that I am getting replacements shipped to me on certain days and then the order doesn't show up that day and I have to sit around waiting longer explaining to customers once again items will be late. I ended up just eating the cost of one of my images last time because I had already sent messages with issues from that order and did not want to go through the hassle of filling out another damaged order form. My images have come out with wrong colors, with the film all crumpled up causing images to be stuck together and ruined and they have also pressed onto shirts with the dtf glue stuck all over the image. That has never happened before with any DTF transfers i have ever bought. It seems like the quality has really gone down hill. I used a $20 credit I received on my last order for my order today so I am hoping for no issues.
