Lack of attention to order details. Pay for pre-cuts, sublimations show up in a roll, uncut, and wrinkled. This and other print issues have occurred on multiple occasions.

I would say about 1 in every 4 or 5 orders have issues. Although they normally resolve the issues this has put me in a bind more than once.
Quality transfers and blanks... keeps me happy which in turn makes my customers happy. Whenever I've had any issue, it's been resolved quickly and professionally. I love JIFFY!

My last order arrived on time, but there was an issue. I paid for precut and one of my design's wording was cut at the tip. There was no note or additional dtf because of your error. I do have a picture. It's also having me look into using another company because that was bad business ESPECIALLY when it wasn't noticed or rectified. Do you not inspect the package befor it goes out? It seems it wasn't done for my order,
