I had an issue with the print quality on a gang sheet which was mostly my own fault, and Jiffy went above and beyond to fix things for me. I was happy and more importantly, my customer was happy!

Always my favorite company for wholesale ordering. I have recommended Jiffy to everyone looking for wholesale shirts and they love it too.

I wanted just a few shirts with a message and my logo to wear during client sessions. Jiffy had shirts I like, an easy process to upload what I wanted and allowed me to just get the number of shirts I wanted. They look great and were delivered quickly.

Everything I have order has been great quality, but I don't always get the items in the time promised.

Save a lot of money by ordering in bulk--I will sometimes order an extra shirt or two to get the discounts. I can always sell them even if I don't have a pre-order.

Return policy and speed of response is outstanding, I will be a lifelong customer.

I did not have a problem with the DTF game sheet. My issue was with the UVDTF game sheet. The cuts on the sheets were not clean. There was a white outline and then the other one it was like it had whatever that you use it came from wasn't completely cut around the design.

My order turned out great! I was missing one item and they promptly fixed the issue and sent a new shirt. I received it in about 3 days!

I really liked the DTFs at first then they started to get inconsistent with quality once they started offering the Pro Print. Seems like it just over complicated things. I feel like the best you can offer should be what you offer not an add on. With that being said - I did have multiple refunds. The refund process isn't particularly smooth when it comes to DTF but I did receive it after sending photo proof. My last order was flawed again. I'm acquiring quite a stash of unusable DTFs due to spotty background removal mostly. I didn't even bother to ask for a refund again despite it being around $200 worth. I imagine there isn't an actual person who is monitoring the quality. Just a quick print and ship. Shipping is super fast I do love that. When they're good - they're good. When they're not - it's a pain.

I love Jiffy's DTF transfers and blank t-shirts. I am not a happy customer with being charged for two separate deliveries when you do not meet the free delivery policy.

Great prices! Problem with staying logged in my account. When moving to and away from cart, it logs me off.

Shipping costs are outrageous but understandable, but the ETA on the arrival should be what the initial ETA was. I placed an order today and from one min to the next, it won't arrive till Friday. I have personally had every order from you all delayed. Whether it was an error on labels and/or the point of delivery. I continue to return because I value this company, but being a small business owner myself, the shipping is the biggest issue we have..
