Placed order 6 days ago... label created & just sat there for days...finally made it to the po & it left your state...went to Indy, IN...which is good...its going in right direction.but oops.the po is sending it to West Virginia...now its going the wrong way...now delivery showing 26th...which is 2 days AFTER my customer needed the shirt. In the past you have been outstanding in shipping...but this one sucked.

The only thing I have to say is that sometimes the shipping cost does not match the products. I work for a company and do shipping and receiving and I know for somethings there are flat rates - but to ship 2 tshirts via usps and charge $12 when it actually costs about $5 max is a little insane. And again I understand the flat rate and streamlining, but throwing us a coupon for shipping or products every now and them would be awesome! Especially because I would love to do drop ships for rush orders, but I will not charge the customers that crazy rate.
