Everytime I try to log into my account, I get the little outline of a person at the top, I am logged in. Then i go to click on orders or cart and it wants me to log in again. There seems to be an issue. I am told to use another browser. Most people don't know how to do that. It is very frustrating. I took me 40 min to place a simple order.

I've been purchasing from Jiffy for a while now and they hands down are the best!

I downloaded by design very easy, and with no issues. When my design came the colors in the design were so vibrant. It's a little pricy but well worth it when you need something quick with a lot of colors.

The whole process uploading my designs and choosing the right size was super easy.

I for got a couple of things and talked with customer service. They really helped me.

I messed up my order and instead of them still shipping it and have me upset, they cancelled the order and gave me store credit so I could fix my mistake! Took them a day to get back with me very fast response!

I've been a loyal Jiffy customer for a long time, but lately the service has fallen short. I've placed multiple recent orders for DTF prints that arrived several days past the promised delivery date. Jiffy often advertises "get it by tomorrow," but too many of my orders have been delayed with vague "warehouse shipping delays." By the time the prints finally arrive, they're 4–5 days late. As someone who relies on accurate delivery times to fulfill customer orders, this pattern has become more than just an inconvenience—it's made me look for other suppliers. I understand that mistakes and delays happen, but when late deliveries become a trend and the offered solution is only a $10 refund on a $600 order, that doesn't begin to make up for the impact on my business. I truly hope Jiffy addresses these issues, but until then, I'll need to consider other options for my printing needs.

I love the fast delivery and the great quality tshirts. Always my go to. I Am never disappointed

I've been purchasing my shirts for my small business from you guys for a couple years now and have had no complaints. Easy ordering and usually receive it pretty fast as well.

It is taking longer to ship now. I wonder why? I used to be able to receive an order within a couple of days.
