I made 2 videos but I had trouble on my tablet and computer. Had to get a refund. Loved the idea of it though
Very easy and fun to use. Offers hours of entertainment with so many different options and verities it's hard to ever get board with it.
Wanted Jib Jab to back out automated subscription chgd to me and cancel subscription due to need to cut down on expenses and also dont use site

Was a fun way to send my husband anniversary greetings when we weren't together for that day. Loved being able to add our pictures to the animation!
These made for a great "going away" video presentation. I only wish there were a few more options and perhaps, the ability to animate a larger group of people.
The opportunity to personalize the greeting card was not presented. The only thing I could dp was send the card or go back to select a different card.

My husband got a big kick out of the Father's Day one I sent him to his e-mail. He laughed quite a bit. Love it too.
The upload and interface were well done and executed smoothly. While i understand and am OK with the fact that it's a pay site, the fact that jumping "out" to enter credit card info lost all my changes was frustrating.
The faces had to be re-loaded, centred etc. Minor, but annoying.
Gave a JJ ecard to my brother for Father's Day. He and his family loved it and cheered everyone up!
