Great Fun, made everyone chuckle and pleased my travelling son on his birthday.

I enjoy the variety of silly videos I can create and share. I think my only grudge is that I would love it if the video opened up on Facebook timeline when clicked on and played like a YouTube video instead of taking the viewer away to a separate page. I think that discourages people from watching.

I contacted jibjab because my account was charged when it autorenewed my yearly subscription. Jibjab responded to my request within a day and gave me a full refund. Very happy with the service!

Hard to load photos to be used for heads.
Need more selections of cards with inserts of 1, 2, 3, 4.
I have not heard back from anyone I sent a card to.
Can't verify they were sent easily
Loved getting these from a friend but don't find it user friendly so far.
I will spend more time using the tutorial before I give up.

Our neighbor sent one to my wife, for her birthday. We were both on the floor laughing. I sent them to all of my friends and even put one on Facebook. We are both looking forward to more, like I said above, music videos and movie scenes. I ran out of things to send, because most of your stuff is geared to holidays and things like your birthday. I would send more out if you had just everyday stuff!

I couldn't stop laughing at the funny birthday card I created I play it over and over again for a good belly laugh. My friend who received it, loved it too!

I've been a member since 2008. For some reason my auto renew didn't happen. One call to customer service and I was renewed at the old price by the very first rep I spoke to.

What a pleasure to have the first person I spoke to understand my issue and resolve it to my satisfaction immediately!

I always have fun putting family faces to the videos. Everyone enjoys them. Good to have something to laugh at.

I was going to share this with my young granddaughter. However, I could not find anything appropriate to show her. I had uploaded her photo; then took it off because it was creepy to see her face on all the suggestvie videos.
Do you have any for children?

I had a hard time tailoring the pictures. Also, I couldn't delete the photos which I didn't want to use.

Once I became a member it's quite easy to put together a card and lots of fun.

Tried to post on face book and the only thing that posted was my comment not the jib jab eventually got it to post but not sure how so wouldn't know what to do next time

I was anticipating difficulties when cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund. But in fact I had NO difficulties with cancelling my subscription and Mt refund went back I to my PayPal account within hours. Well done jibjab media

This is the first time we used JibJab and we had a great time setting it up and of-course the recipient very much enjoyed the card

Easy to produce however more info about differences between emailing it and downloading it at the start would have helped. Great movie to set the tone for our celebrations.

I have a Jib Jab account. My Dad did too but he died so I had to cancel his account. I called Jib Jab and Jeremiah was great. It was easy and no problems. Thank you SO much Jib Jab for your excellent customer service. At least this was easy.

Have been a member of JibJab for 3 or 4 years. A fun way to send cards to your friends and family using your own customized head pictures.

The card was great but I had a hard time positioning the mouth.
