I had an issue and the customer service department fixed my problem right away. Jib Jab is a very fun site for talking cards. Love it!

I had a simple request. I sent one e-mail and within a very short time my request was handled. Unheard of these days. I'm a fan!

Don't bother paying for a better service. You paying to send a link to your friends that contains more than 3/4 JibJab website and advertising. The video you make (and have to pay an automatic recurring payment for) is less than 1/4 of the page. That's fine if you choose to use the free option - it is not fine at all when you pay for the privilege.

JibJab is awesome! My family and I have so much fun creating and watching the ecards.

The most fun I've ever experienced making an e-card. Very easy to follow instructions, even for an oldie like me. Thank you JibJab.

The sled race, and Santa twerk are probably the best. Their are lots, of choices it just think the content could be better. The fun around using this could also improve if you could add storyline with say 10-15 people. Like a funny Scrooge, with different people being character faces. Or Santa and all the reindeer with faces on the reindeer, have a reindeer game snowball fight to make people laugh.

Unaware of 18.99 charge. Only was under impression I would be charged 2.99. Ono top of that I couldn't even send it through text so I wasn't even able to use it. So unhappy

I was shocked that you had to pay a sign up fee that is very expensive, and then purchase the actual download of the video. On top of that, once I paid for the download, the quality of the video was extremely poor.
I don't normally complain, but I was very disappointed with this whole service.

I signed up for a year subscription... I'll get more than my moneys work... fun site and easy to use. You used to put non descript faces in the animations... now it looks like they are not available... only those I paste in.

Excellent way to laugh with friends and at yourself!

Love JibJab, my family gives me requests and we howl watching them.

When I noticed the videos had black marks on the mouths of the photos I was reluctant to make any more videos feeling I am not getting my money's worth and jipped

There was supposed to be a thirty day free trial, but I have already been charged. I would like to be reimbursed and removed as a member from this site. It wasn't at all what I thought it was.

Hi I was delighted with my Jib Jab, except that I got the mouth thingie in the wrong place and every time my elf (me) sang something, it looked like I had a Hitler moustache! Apart from that, my friends all think I'm really clever, so I can't complain really. I'd love to make another one with my mouth in the right place.

Very easy to use but had trouble getting address book from another card maker but got it done, also did not know that you could only do 15 cards at one time and had to start over as it would not let me just delete the extra, thanks

I am sorry, but you have the same old videos over and over, not much new, just old stuff, disappointed. Paid $18.00 for the same old stuff?

Easy to do and so much fun to see the results. Everyone loved getting the card.
