Was not charged previously for video downloads. Now without declaration i am. Feels very deceptive to charge for something which was free last year.

I saw the oferta in the website, so I decided to send a Birthday card to a friend. I don't mine to pay, but $18.00 is FAR TOO MUCH. My mistake, next time, I bake some cookies and send them by Mail.It will be cheaper!

Fun and intuitive creation. Like it a lot. Don't like that you are requiring me to spend extra minutes of my time for you review and 100 minimum words.

Leave it to JibJab to come up with cute and funny videos staring yourself and others! It's well worth the $18 a year to be able to put a smile on people's faces and make them laugh!

Some of your little flicks are extremely enjoyable while others are a bit shall we say rude or crude.

Difficult to know when card would be sent when scheduled. All information stated times are PST. Scheduled to deliver for the 16th April 07:30 WAST but schedule sent on the 14th 22:30 PST.
Expected the card to look exactly as shown before delivery i. E like a card with a stamp on it but arrived just as a video.

Overall not the experience I was expecting.

Was fun creating a card.

The billing was confusing. Wasn't clear until I looked at my bank account that the membership fee would be take in a lump sum amount.

I stayed up until 4:30 a.m. gathering the pictures so I could send my Easter cards. Make up some more "oldie" dance and singing ecards, please!

My sister really enjoyed the e cards, cant wait to do another one. A good variety of e cards to choose from, it's one of the few sites I had more than 5 top 5 in every category.
Really easy to use and good simple clear instructions as well

Even for a non tech person making the cards with photos is easy to do and has caused a lot of laughter all round x

Problem with billing was almost immediately solved. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Unable to easily forward video to contact or instagram. Don't want to share via Facebook and top right buttons do not give a selection like an iphone.

I finally got the right bunny, but it wasn't saved to go out again. I had to re create it but couldn't save it.

Fairly easy card making and sending it on, etc. But still waiting for confirmation that card was delivered!

I've been a member for a little over a year and have made many friends and family laugh with my Jib Jab cards. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there are times I would want to send a birthday wish to someone but want 3-4 people on the card and there are no cards available, only 2 or 5. That is sometimes frustrating.

Should be able to save all the heads started in the app to your account. And should not have to import each time it should function like the website does with better navigation

Its loads of fun and my family and friends are so happy to receive these very cute ecards! So much more entertaining than the typical.

Paid with credit card, did one card since then cannot log on. I tried hanging my email. Wont let me do that. I tried getting into billing, cannot do that either. Will dispute credit card charge when it shows in my statement

Absolutely one of the cutest ideas created, my grandkids just love watching the video cards I create. Thank you for the Wonderfull way to express love to friends and family.

Love their variety and options... 100 characters min. Required for review, annoying. Really annoying
