The Jewelry rooms concept is a good one. To bad they are not so honest about the quality of the jewelry they sell. The shipping is outrageous as well. I totally stopped purchasing from this site. Careful the quality is not real in many pieces of their inventory. Ex: A real 1/2 c diamond is advertised with and up for bids. You win it then diamons test it. It's not real. Most of my purchases where fake. Go somewhere else and get real. I'm shocked they are still in business.
I bought 2 pairs of earrings for my daughter. She lost them her first time wearing each pair bc the backs were so loose they wouldn't stay on. I spent over $300 for a ring that took over 2 months to arrive and it is NOT the same ring I had bid on. Similar but NOT the exact ring and you can tell its not real, just looks so fake and cheaply made. Even though it says 18k gold there's holes and scratches on it like it's just plated if anything. The "diamonds" if they're real which i doubt are super super tiny. The color of the main stone is also not the same color I expected. Its bull$#*!. I'm really pissed about it

As for the color different from the main pink gem, every computer color level monitor has a little different on true color image, therefore cannot be expected to receive the same color as you see from computer.”

After contacting for items not recieved company sent a opened unsealed package with no product in it. I have vidieo and a locked mailbox. Jewelryroom.com is really RTOVERSEAS INC. But the BBB doesn't show they are a business. I've filed with the BBB USPS INSPECTOR GENERAL AND FTC. Anyone getting scammed by jewelryroom.com should do the same don't let it go. By my calculations they have ripped off an extremely large amount of monies from consumers.
Total rip off. I paid $80USD when I ordered Tens machine as pictured. What I received I could have got for $19.00 on EBAY. The description was false as was the estimated price. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Totally ripped off. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Do NOT purchase from this site. I won an auction for a 1.06 caret blue diamonds ring and was sent one less than half that size. It is also of very very pore quality. After waiting for 8 weeks for the wrong ring to arrive, they now have mucked me about for the last 2 weeks trying to sort it out. Tina said she would organise a refund and for me, and I was to keep this ring I won't wear, and after I agreed to that she is now asking for me to return the ring to get my refund ( at my cost of over $100 nz) please please please do not get sucked in.

Possible?! But very unlikely. Because first, we go through several quality checks before shipment. Second, with her New Zealand shipment, we have to declare a very strict description of their country's customs. Third, her printed invoice will shown item image, which is a totally different style and appearance from her purchased solitaire ring. Therefore, it is very unlikely we will ship her the wrong item.

As you can tell, customer contacted us on Oct. 30,2020 and our service agent replied on the same day, Oct. 30,2020. During that week, we also tried calling her by phone with no success, and we have never gotten any replies from customer Lisa, therefore case closed.

How would we have resolved her problem at that moment?
We first offered her to keep the item with 10% refund, if that does not resolve the situation. We would've asked her to send images of the ring, to determine if it is necessary to send it back for replacement. Usually, a full refund without any problems if the buyer decides to return the ring during that time.
This was the last and only email we'd gotten from her.
Conclusion:
It's difficult to resolve any issue if there is lack of communication between the buyer and the seller. From the statistics above, we still cannot confirm if her complaint is true or not. We sincerely would like to resolve the issue if only we have more information and communication.

We really appreciate this customer who has brought this issue into review. We do understand that improper care after wearing jewelry may cause the risk of jewelry moving toward tarnished situation. Plus, her surroundings with average high humidity also puts her jewelry at risk of tarnish. Jewelry should be stored in a sealed tight environment with frequent dry wipes down in-order to maintain tarnish free.
At this point, our customer, Victoria can easily find in Google how to remove tarnish and redeem the brightness. Especially when our jewelry is made of genuine solid gold and solid 925 silver.
We do understand it could be great if all our purchases could remain the highest quality of the time, but due to wear, tear and time, nothing can remain as beautiful as original. We can only prolong the state with proper care.

Its now been 8 weeks & still no refund & no answers. According to my return tracking they received my return on June 29th. Everytime I reach out to their customer service with questions like "is it possible your shipment department made a mistake or lost my return" I get just a standard, the same standard answer which is "If our shipment dept. confirms your return we will let you know" which is no answer. They have my return & my money. The Better Business Bureau tried to get involved by contacting them and they ignored their messages. Any reputable company would take the tracking showing delivery & issue a refund. This company will not even answer questions like how long do refunds usually take etc. Its like they have a book of standard sayings and thats it. I need help getting my refund but I no longer know really where to turn. If any one has suggestions Im open to them. In the meantime think long and hard about buying from this company. Ive heard of fake gold & gems so what seems to good to be true & then theres me. If you have any trouble and you need to return good luck. I did everything right getting company approval to return. I ordered a fairly expensive emerald ring from Jewlery Room. I waited 5.5 weeks for a delivery. When it came the emerald was a milky lime green so I contacted customer service who said could return no problem. I enclosed a copy of the invoice & the customer sevice email & mailed with USPS & it was delivered to them on June 29th. I waited fot my refund but it didn't come. As of today its been 29 days. They refuse to refund my money saying it has to be confirmed by their shipment dept. When I ask how long that will take or ask for a supervisor I get no response. Ive sent them proof of return & delivery but they are refusing I am at my wits end & I don't know what to do. Ive thought about calling my local news station which helps getting money back & contact the Better Business Bureau & FTC & States Att. Generals Office of Hawaii for unfair business practices. Way better than the picture! And fits like a glove! I'm a size 8, and was skeptical if it would fit or not and it fits perfectly. It looks like the REAL thing, lots of shine and sparkle. The size of the center crystal is also perfect not too big and not too small!
The necklace is pretty and the Swarovski crystal is sparkling. However, the chain is not even while the chain is fasten on both sides of the stone, which mean I can't adjust the length of the chain. When I was wearing it, the stone is not centered on my chest. It kept off the center.
I have been wearing this ring as my everyday ring for about a year. I purchased it because I wanted a ring that I didn't wouldn't worry about losing, bending, chipping, getting extremely dirty, etc. This ring fit the bill. I work with heavy tools and this ring only had a few scratches. None of the stones have fallen out, it has not tarnished or is bent. I don't take it off when doing dishes or showering. I haven't had it cleaned or cleaned it with anything other than dish water and soap.
I purchased 5 items before Christmas and still waiting for them. I am concerned about the authenticity of this site.
