They would rather cut their arm off than a refund. I ve gotten at least 10 emails trying to offer me credit instead of refund. They are only giving me half what I paid for a ring w bullcrap excuses. They keep telling me they ll give me more on credit. I want a refund. Dealing with these people is a nightmare! Dont buy anything from them, they will screw you!
