I ordered jewelry on December 1,2015 with expedited shipping. Yet... I still wait. I have tried to contact Support from Jeulia several times, but they are not available and do not respond to my emails. Finally, I contacted the Support team, via "chat" and became even more confused. Jeulia's support team are very unprofessional, and they practically gave me no answers to my questions. Basically, they dodged my questions. I can only imagine when I will receive my order, or if it has been shipped. Definitely NOT a company I will be doing business with again, that is for DAMN sure! Good luck... to anyone who is in the same situation that I am in.
We ordered a ring, it took weeks to arrive, and they sent the wrong size. We want to exchange, but they keep going in circles in email, and they are in China so they only answer in the middle of the night. Then they tell you us they will email instructions for exchange, but when we check our email, they are asking us to send pictures to prove it doesn't fit and pictures of the tag to prove they sent the wrong size. Then when I do that, they never reply. So we email asking for an answer, and the whole process starts over.
I took the ring to a jeweler, they said it will cost $70 to resize it, and the ring isn't worth that much.
Worst customer service experience of my life. I am beyond furious. How are they getting away With this!?

Ordered in November, and absolutely nothing since as far as an email or facebook, even customer service number is a fake! How, horrible to steal money from people at Christmas time!
THIS IS 12/18. PLACED AN ORDER 12/7. MONEY CAME OUT OF MY ACCT. RIGHT AWAY. NO FOLLOWUP EMAIL OR INVOICE. KEPT TRYING TO REACH THEM VIA EMAIL, PHONE (NEVER ANSWERED) & CHAT. NEVER ANY RESPONSE--NEVER! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF. FACEBOOK IS TAKING A HIT LETTING THESE FOLKS ADVERTISE ON THEIR SITE.

I ordered a ring, recieved nothing since their bs faux invoice. They took the money from my account but since have changed their phone number and will not answer email, or facebook.
I placed an order for a ring. Their policy says items that are not engraved take up to 7 business days to ship. I called after 8 business days the representative proceeds to tell me sale items take up to 10 days. This is stated NOWHERE in their written policy online. So I asked if they would comp expedited shipping and of course they would not. I immediately cancelled the order as I do not trust company's that add to policy's as they go to cover up their bad service. I will never try to do business with these people again. There should be an option for 0 stars because that's what I would give them.
I ordered a engagement ring on the 28th of November here it is 17th of December and still nothing! After enormous calls from me and emails from me I only get back auto reply emails! Not satisfied at all
I ordered the ring in Oct. Of 15. And had to send one back to get repaired. Well of course the other ring didn't last any longer. What horrible jewelry. And they do nothing to fix it.
I seriously recommend you DONT buy thru Jeuilea, its been 3 months since I have sent my rings in for repair and they are still telling me they have not gotten them, and refuse to send a refund or even a new set of rings to compensate me. The customer service is HORRIBLE and you get nothing but rude responses and vauge answers. They do not listen to you, they just auto pilot their responses and you never actually get to speak to someone as their phone line is not in service. Please please PLEASE save your money and your sanity by going elsewhere to buy a ring. I don't even feel right giving them one star.
Ordered an engagement on Cyber Monday. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Was supposed to arrive in 2-4 business days. Over 2 weeks later, still nothing. Sent several emails, no reply. Called their 800 number, not functional. Tried Facebook, nothing. Tried their live chat, nope. So I've been ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM JEULIA!
Ordered a ring on the 2nd of December, now i have no idea whats going on. No tracking or anything. I called the customer service number multiple times and yet no one answers. I have sent atleast 2 e-mails daily and no one writes back! I have a funny feeling they took the money and I will not be receiving any product! Someone better respond or there will be issues!
I ordered a ring as a gift and the paid with Paypal thankfully. The money was promptly taken but I received no invoice number or tracking number. After about a week I sent them an email via Paypal as to the whereabouts of my package. They finally replied and I was able to track my ring. When it arrived we decided to return as it looked very cheap. Not at all what the picture looked like. I again sent email via Paypal about how to go about returning. They offered to exchange for a different style which I declined. I have not heard back yet after a few days how to return. I just want to return and get my refund. I am hoping they reply soon and I don't have to escalate this with Paypal. This is very poor customer service for a business that is "up and coming" Would never suggest anyone purchase from them!
I placed two separate orders with Jeulia Jewelry. I still have not received an email confirmation for the orders but I did receive email confirmation on the same day the orders were placed by PayPal for the charges. I have tried contacting Customer Service several times and the phone just rings and rings. I tried contacting them on their Live Chat and got no response. I sent them an email and no response. I'm very concerned whether this is a legitimate company. Thankfully, I put the charges on my credit card. If I do not receive the rings I ordered in another week or as I have read from other reviews, they didn't get what they ordered, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and will report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have never had such bad customer service with any company like I have had with Jeulia Jewelry.
Extremely upset customer...! Received a gift delivered to my house to open it up and there was no merchandise in the packaging...! My Fiance has been calling, trying to do the live chat and also emailed them several times without a response to anything...! There was no tampering with the packaging so therefore they can't blame the delivery company...!
My son and I ordered a ring for his girlfriend. We had it inscribed. The ring came just as ordered, timely with no complications. We have been very pleased with the product. I would use them again.

Not only did I get sent the wrong color stone in my engagement ring... it was also nothing like the picture at all. It was very uncomfortable to wear. I asked for a refund and they told me they would send a new one to replace it. I told them no, I wanted my money back. Now I can't get anyone to answer my calls or emails. Its been over a week

Ordered ring and it got delivered with 2 stones missing after 6 wks I received the replacement I've had it on for 1 day and 3 stones are missing and it's about to snap.
The ring comes from China so pointless getting another replacement I don't have time for the hassle.

Do not order from this company, yes they have some five star reviews. I fell for that too. They lie cheat and steal. My husband ordered me a Claddagh bridal set; the shipping time was as said on their web site. They sent the wrong ring. We went through the process with them to exchange the ring set for the one we ordered. When the ring came back to us it was the same wrong one we had sent back. At this point we left it alone; because they have proved themselves dishonest we didn't send the ring back for a refund fear that we would never see the refund since they stole money from us to start by not sending us the correct ring twice. Beware this company is out of China

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment. Now you can see the silver peeking through):
