Ordered three items the first week of December and still haven't received my order. Paid for expedited shipped as well. I keep trying to call the number but I get a recording saying the service dept is closed. Also sent multiple emails to the service email address and get nothing but an automated response saying my order is processing. Yet after I ordered through their website, I received an email saying that my order had shipped. Terrible idea and my $189 is probably a sunk cost by now. Hopefully PayPal will be able to help me. Don't buy from this hack. They have a Facebook page and I'm about to rip them as soon as I finish typing this review. They don't even deserve a "1" rating.

Ordered an engagement ring, money was charged to Visa in minutes, but the ring was not so fast, I keep emailing them and tried to call, No response, so I did a little investigating, The so called store in the united states, owned by the so called loving couple who want show their talents to the world. A front, there is no store, it is a processing centre, a mailing address so that the cheap crap from China can be shipped to this address and then sorted and sent out, the mailing address in London, the Bank they use, a bank that will take anyones money, they do not care where it comes from. The loving couple, a factory in China, the so called diamond... go have it appraised... PLASTIC! I sent back the ring, I paid for shipping, now they will not return my money, refuse to answer messages, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

My fiance ordered my ring on 11/28, regular shipping, with an inscription. Received an email the next day from the company stating there were too many characters in the inscription. He adjusted inscription and also changed delivery address so it didn't come to our home and ruin the surprise. Received another email a few days later stating everything had been updated and his order was being processed. Ring arrived a week before Christmas. He proposed Christmas day and the ring is beautiful. I've received compliments from every person that has seen it and it looks real.
We are both extremely pleased with the company and the product.
The only area for improvement is maybe more email communication for things such as confirmation of shipping. However, he did receive a tracking number and successfully tracked the ring during shipping.
Sorry folks, no complaints here!

I ordered 3 rings shortly before Christmas, and I was scared. It said processing for weeks, and I couldn't get through on the call centre number. My emails were answered by an automated program. I expected the worse. Finally someone e-mailed me back - 17 days after my order and said it had shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number didn't work, and I assumed my money was just gone. Then 2 days later my order showed up in the mail. When I actually looked at the calendar it had been 12 business days. When I ordered the website told me 12 days. I was scared, and thought I got scammed because of the processing... but in actuality Jeulia did what they said, and my rings are very nice.

Attention people who ordered from this scam artist of a business. I received an email from them last night stating their is an 8-10 working day processing, another 8-10 working day production time, then another 8-10 shipping time. Anybody else see that when they placed their order? All I saw was 8-10 days to ship. This is beyond ridiculous, any negative feedback you post on their page is automatically deleted, your emails go ignored, phone calls get dropped. Just remember to Google your local number for your better business Bureau. Something needs to be done. I was going to propose on Jan 3rd after my girlfriend & I have been together a year & well... don't see that happening now. Thank you jeulia for ruining my plans.

Ordered a ring, paid $30 for expedited 2-4 day shipping to make sure we got it in time for Christmas. Guess what never showed up? Tried calling the phone number and it's bogus. Email is left unanswered. They did respond on Facebook but when I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping, I was told if they refund it, it will take 8-12 days to ship because they will not refund and continue to ship expedited. In other words they do not care about their customers.

Ordered from South Africa and received in expected time. Only problem is the product is a joke. It looks like costume jewelry. The so called "diamond" is full of scratches, dents and chips.

Very disappointed and can only advise that people do not order from them.

Shipping is awful paid for express and I got nothing they lie every time they just want your money so they can keep funding isis

I finally got the ring I purchased in Nov of 2015 on Jan 03 2016 after lodging a complaint thru PayPal, the ring came from china, the ring at first glance looked amazing, their craftsmanship is top notch and I was happy until day #5, on this day my girlfriend noticed her ring was starting to peel, the rhodium plating was wearing off all over the ring, the ring was never in water and was only worn in regular conditions. I decided since I was already into this ring for $200 usd that I'd take it into a jeweler for replating, during this process I was told the stone which was advertised as a swarvski crystal was indeed just a hunk of glass and replating the ring would cost me another $100, julia rings are cheap quality costume jewelry not worth anything close to their $200 usd price tag, imo I would never shop julia rings
