Would just like to thank Jeulia for Gorgeous ring. Ordered a surperman ring for my Husbands Birthday. It arrived 4 days earlier than expected and they emailed us every step of the way with updates.
I could not have been happier with our experience with Jeulia. When we got it, we were 100% satisfied. Its exactly what I wanted and what our budget was and was able to deliver a beautiful engagement ring that probably would have cost much much more elsewhere. Purchased an engagement ring. The stones from the ring fell off three days later. Don't buy. Plus the shipping insurance from Japan to the US was 20.00 dollars. I paid 120.00 for the ring. Go figure...
I waited over 3 weeks for the ring set I ordered. I kept getting ads on my Facebook page and other websites with the ring set and I was very excited, as the ad makes the ring look amazing. It finally arrived today, beautifully packaged, but when I opened the black box my heart SANK! The ring looks cheap, like cut glass, no facets, horrible! What a huge disappointment and waste of my time and money. Will NEVER order another piece of glass from this company!

I bought a set of rings from Jeulia last December. The rings were black with black and white stones in them. At first I thought they were beautiful, but noticed within a couple of weeks that the black was already rubbing off. I started emailing Jeulia in January (within the 40 days time limit) and returned the rings for a round. 18 emails later (with many delays and vague answers from Jeulia) they are *now* saying that it's over the 30 day return limit and will only repair the rings and return them to me. The rings are DEFECTIVE and I don't want them back. Worst customer service EVER and terrible product. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
