Me & me missus bought engagement rings from Jeulia (Black ones with skulls). After a WEEK we noticed signs of wear. Paint started coming off and after 4 weeks we have decided to bought a new ones (not from
Jeulia!). Issues started at day when I was collecting them at UPS. I had to pay border fee! Jeulia refumded money but before they did that, they offered me £25 discount to buy something from their store.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND theirs jewellery! It's not worth the money at all. I wish I checked opinions before I bought rings.
They will give you the round around about your refund. Nothing but continuous reply emails offering store credit. I'm still waiting on my refund

Ordered a ring and was told that it's sterling silver solid. It had rose gold accents and now it's garbage! I took it to 2 local jewelers and this ring has nickel and all of the rose gold is gone!

Our jewelry is made of real 925 sterling silver and nickel free, the rose gold accent is plated with rhodium, it does wear off with the passage of time, but we can re-plate the ring and restore them to their former glory.
