Website says easy returns. Took 4 emails and threatening to contact my bank before my return was finally okay'd.
Ring was not correct size. Amount of hassle to return and cost incurred made it not worth while to return. Customer service English was not understandable. Very unhappy

I ordered the 3 PC Halo ring and only wore it for roughly 7 hours and one the stones came out and I tried to send the ring back to get refund and this company does not offer this only way is for you to send the ring back on your own expense and then they will "fix" it and send it back - so much for 100% guarantee never order again and the customer service surely isn't what I call customer service at all
I got my order way ahead if schedule. It was beautifully packaged and I absolutely love my selection... my Husband was even impressed with the product and service. I would definitely refer my friends to this website!
Came faster than expected, and it's a pretty ring, but the engraving limit was 12 characters and even those were engraved unnecessarily tiny
My husband ring looks and feels great! My ring is gorgeous to wear as a fashion ring, but not really a wedding set. What I don't like is the stones they look fake and feel fake... the ring is nice though, shipping was great! Thank you. I can say I will buy for future but for fashion purposes or gifts

I ordered my ring at 11:00 am on Tuesday and I had it on my hand by 6:00 pm on Wednesday! Talk about speedy shipping! I can't even get something that fast from Amazon! The ring is gorgeous, fits perfectly and I'm already looking at another that I might order!
I ordered a set of rings and they were the right ring size however I have very small things fingers and it looked ridiculous on me. Within 2hrs of me receiving the ring I emailed to ask how to return the items, and for the last 2wks now I have sent photos of the ring with tags still on, etc. I have received 2 return policy emails and 2 emails asking me to exchange the item (which I don't want to do as I am in the UK and have to pay export tax and with my fingers being smaller I would need to try before I buy) they won't give me an address to send it back to, so I can get a refund I think they are trying to waste time so I'm not within my 30 days return time. It cost me nearly £160 including export tax.
If they had just given me the information to send the items back I would of recommended a friend now however due to the poor customer service I definitely not.
Very annoyed about this and emailed them to tell them this and still no address. On their returns policy email I received it says that your return has to be consented or will be ignored if I returned the items.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND other comments I have read have the same problem with returns.
