I actually can say with all honesty that this company provides great quality jewelry and also customer service. I had purchased a black titanium wedding band for my fiancé in size 8 (he's a size 8.5) but they didn't have middle sizes so I chose 8 and it was a little tight on him so we contacted the customer service and they had us helped and shipped a new ring within 2 weeks for a bigger size which was a size 9. Now that we've got the size 9, it fits like a glove. We both are in love with the ring and will definitely be shopping back with this company. We love Jeulia.
The ring was not what I had ordered. They sent a smaller size and refused to refund and exchange for the correct one. I only wanted the size I had paid for. Don't shop here. They don't care about their business.

I ordered a ring and it's absolutely gorgeous. The Jeulia stones are so sparkly, even sparklier than my real diamonds. I ordered sterling silver and the ring is perfect and I will be definitely ordering more! Photos do not do the ring justice!
I bought a silver ring with a clear stone. On the website picture the ring was yellow gold, but silver was offered as an option. When I received the ring, it had scratches/gouges in the metal. I went online to initiate a return, but it wouldn't allow that option because the ring was "custom". It turns out the silver color was "custom", but nowhere in the ordering process was that made clear! After much back-and-forth with customer service, they offered to "repair" the ring. Given that it was damaged when they sent it, I didn't have much faith in that! To top it off, I would have had to pay shipping. Granted, not a huge cost, but adding insult to injury given that this was a brand new ring and the fault was theirs. No real attempt was made to make it right. I'll never waste my money here again!

I bought a colour plated ring specifically because their site said it would not fade. It started fading after about a week and when I asked for a refund they would not accept it because I had taken the tags off. The product was absolutely falsely advertised and the company is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM JEULIA!

Jeulia Jewelry is the finest quality. I have made a couple of purchases from them and was pleasantly surprised at their quality. For many years, I have made my purchases from a TV home home shopping company and sworn by their pieces. They ALWAYS looked just as good (if not better) than my actual diamond rings. I do believe that Jeulia is just as good if not better! No one has ever doubted that I was wearing actual diamonds!
