The packaging is beautiful. The ring itself is beautiful. I lost my ring a year ago & have been wanting to replace it but not spend too much. This was a good pick for me.

My order never came. I called customer service and was told they would call UPS and get back to me. That was 5 days ago and still no answers or resolution.

Really small compared to picture. Looks cheap, especially for what I paid. I'll stick with Palm Beach Jewelry. I've never been disappointed or dissatisfied with any purchase from them.
