The images listed do not do the product any justice. I purchased a ring to have a better idea of what my fiance wanted as a ring. The fitment and quality are superb and highly recommend their product and site.
Did not like the item I ordered, I do not want to exchange. The return process it taking forever, the return email I am getting regarding a return sound like they are coming from someone who does not speak english very well. Disappointed with ring, and return service. Exactly why I will not order anything else and do not want an exchange.
I absolutely love my ring. Great quality, good price and to boot my most favorite colors... purple, black and white diamond. Not only is the ring gorgeous but I do have to say the company is spot on. You have any problems or questions they don't hesitate to help. I'd def recommend anyone looking at the merchandise to buy.
The ring I received was missing a stone, and I didn't realize it until I removed the tag, and I was not aware I was unable to return it once the tag was removed. I'm now stuck with a ring I'm not happy with wearing. The men's ring was too big so I will just be returning it and purchasing somewhere else

Beware! If the ring size label isn't kept... you may NOT return your item! I have NEVER in my life seen this. I purchased a two tone ring set and was unsatisfied with the color of the gold, however I thought I would try to wear the ring and see if the color would grow on me. It didn't, and had comments from friends that it was VERY FAKE looking, so when I tried to call the customer service they directed me to "live chat". Very dissatisfied... now I'm stuck with a ring I payed $150.00 for (that is terrible quality) with no recourse... because of a tag that is less than a center meter in size. Will not be purchasing from the company again...

I realize that these rings were not real before I purchased. However, all videos and pictures made them look beautiful. When I reviewed my rings I was so very disappointed. Thus was the WORSE $200 I spent!
When buying something online you can't try on I should be able to return for full refund. If I was in the store and tried it on I would've never bought it. Now I'm stuck with a horrible ring that I am not happy with so I lose my money all together. Will never by from this company again and I will warn all my friends and family to stay away as well. RIP OFF!

The main stone has no "fire" in it as expected, size and shipping was great. I guess I should have picked a different design or cut.

When I received my package I was elated. The packing was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. However the stones were much smaller that the view on line and the brilliance of the center stone was at all as shown in the picture. The Ring is quite beautiful... I plan to exchange it for something else.
Ordering, shipping and quality is hands down awesome, I even had a problem with my shipping address And emailed them that day and they fixed and sent me an emailed confirming the changes right away, definitely will use them again
Received the ring in a timely manner, but it is too small. I bought this for my fiancé. I think the ring is gorgeous and she loves it but it is not the right size.
The ring is very beautiful and I am very satisfied. It is a little tight so you may want to order a half a size bigger. I am keeping it as I can get it on fine.
