My husband purchased me a butterfly ring for Christmas. It's beautiful and I love butterflies. Unfortunately it was too big. During this time he was going through cancer treatments and my focus was on him more than returning the ring. Several months later he passed. Once I was able to focus on the ring, customer service worked with me and I was able to exchange the ring for the right size and I am wearing it everyday. I am so thankful to have it.

My fiancé bought an engagement ring for me from Jeulia and it is amazing! It was a skull set with a wedding band that can be placed in between the rings on the engagement part. It arrived well packaged and PERFECT! I loved it so much (and showed it off so much) that I even directed a friend to the site and he ordered one for his, now, wife!

Received my ring with in 4 days of ordering and I am so amazed with its beauty and sparkle. We bought this as a substitute in place of my wedding ring till I can get it re-sized. I am truely not disappointed. It sparkles as much as my wedding ring and the fire sparkle it possess is unbelievable and holds the same brilliance as my colorless diamond. I will be buying from here and in fact have setup an account for future purchases. Pictures do not capture its true beauty.
The ordering process was smooth. Now, Where is my ring? I have not received my order & tracking number does NOT work.
I purchased a gorgeous ring from them about 2 months ago... took forever to get here. Wore it 2 weeks, stone falls out. I try to return it, nope... couldn't because I had worn it, but they would gladly fix for free after I paid to ship it back. Fine. Get it back like 3 weeks later... wear it ONE day... stone falls out again. Again I am told to ship it back for repair. After much back & forth, they agreed to refund my shipping charges. Finally receive the ring back the THIRD time, with all these assurances that it will be right this time, better quality, blah blah blah... wore it for 2 weeks, stone falls out. I'm DONE. I have let them know that I will be letting everyone I know not to buy their products... they are poor quality, and their return policy is crap. Never again.
I ordered the ring and expected to recieve it in about a week or so... it arrived in 3 days.
The ring itself is high-quality in construction and appearance, even if some of the details weren't as pronounced in person versus how they appeared in photos.

My purchase was a wedding ring & fell in love with it as soon as l saw it. Hoping it was going to look as stunning as in the picture. I wasnt disappointed & it was even more beautiful than l could wish for... Customer service was excellent & it was a speedy shipment. They offered to swap it for another size if l needed to & thankfully l didn't have to.
