I ordered a ring that was over $100. They advertise that they have free shipping if you place an order over $45. I was charged a $20 shipping fee, and now they will not refund. I also ordered a ring that is 7.25 in size. Nowhere was I told that I could not return it. Now that I am dissatisfied, I have been told it cannot be returned!
The ring I purchased is nothing but costume jewelry!

I specifically ordered this item because the description said it was titanium. When it arrived, the tag said stainless steel. The only reason I didn't send it back is that it looks nice and it fits. The finish of the metal on some parts of the ring is not up to par but I guess that's to be expected for the low price.

I really like the last order i recieved. I thought it was well done. I had purchased a ring with a larger stone in it before, and found it to be cheap and gaudy looking. But the one with the smaller stones was very well done
I ordered an item after reviewing the Jeulia site and was assured that the return process is "easy".
In fact the return process is anything but easy.
I requested the return the day after the item arrived as it was too big and not as appealing as it looked on the site.
I immediately sent a request for a return and two days later I got an email asking me to consider instead ordering something else.
I promptly replied that I just wanted a refund for the item purchased.
I was told I had to "take a picture" of the item to show that it had not been worn. ( Can a picture tell if jewelry has been worn)?
I sent the picture and another couple of days went by and the return was accepted however I was going to get a different email that included the address where the return should be sent.
Then I had to take it to the shipping service and send another email that included the carrier and the tracking number.
Since you only sell jewelry possible a statement that indicates that jewelry can't be accepted for a return unless the "tag" is in place could eliminate several of the ridiculous steps involved and perhaps posting the address for returns could streamline this process.

I ordered wedding rings. His and Hers. The engraving is VERY small. The wedding band for my ring doesn't match and isn't a good fit for the engagement ring, so we had to purchase another. His ring is great. My engagement ring is nice. Pretty shiny. Hope it keeps it luster.
