I like Choxi. They have good prices and great products. My only regret is that they do not accept PayPal anymore which made ordering easier.
Pretty much satisfied with everything except maybe jewelry "warranties" after 30 days you're SOL if, say, you lose a stone or something like that.

I was double charged for this item and immediately sent an email to Choxi. Although the problem was forwarded to another area, it was resolved very quickly. Customer service has always been very quick to resolve any issue I have had in the past.
I was not happy with the ruby ring or necklace. When I got them they look totally different from the picture and too me they was not an eye catcher. I purchased a chocolate ring from the sight before purchasing the ruby ring and necklace and I absolutely loved it.

Bought three products at the same time. Two of them are great. The third was a "final sale," and I guess I could see why. But, since I could not return it, had to throw it in the garbage. Buyer beware...
I don't remember what I bought. When you offer me a coupon I try to use it. Why don't you remind people of what they purchased when you send this out because if you don't do that with me I'll just put you in my spam folder or delete you because I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT ITEM I PURCHASED SO HOW CAN I RATE IT.
It seems like this is at least the second survey regarding my 7/19 order. It contained four items; two are very good, and two were very poor quality. I am still a customer, but will be reading the fine print closer in the future.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
