Choxi is very economical, ships there products in a quick manner, and customer service is tops!
I am very satisfied with almost every one of my purchases. One items was wrongly sized in the description being smaller than actual size and another time, by mistake, Choxi sent me a wrong color in a pair of shoes. The reimbursement has been processed well and the shipments are mailed fast. Thus, I am very satisfied with most of my purchases. Thank you very much.
I have placed two seperate shoe orders and have had to loose out on three pair of shoes that are new and I can't wear.
I always get my products qucikly in the mail.

I have ordered several different items from Choxi and have been pleased with everyone of them. The dresses were sized right and felt great and looked great on. My car trunk organizer was a BIG hit with my daughter and my friend who had never seen them, and loves the cooler in the middle for her meats and ice cream. She wants one for her daughter and her son. It was a BIG hit. I have nothing but good things to say about Choxi and tell all my friends.
Measurements are accurate, making it easy to size up or down to get the look I want. While the quality is not the highest, for the price, it is excellent. Clothing washes well.

The little 7" Zeepad is a 4.4 Android Wifi touch screen. I take it every where. Even with the pre loaded games very entertaining. My 4 year old grandson loves it, so much. Comes with every thing you need to get started. Great product for the price.
My experience with Choxi is almost perfect. I just wish when ordering multiple products they all shipped together or at least at the same time. I order several products from Choxi and some come so fast it amazes me and sometimes I have to wait up to 3 weeks to get an order.

I ordered bath towels, hand towels and wash rags due to being almost out of them in my home. Upon receipt of my order I was absolutely flabbergasted when I opened the package and saw the saw the stuff. All articles were large sizes and felt like very reliable merchandise. I am sure this order will serve me and my family very well for many moons to come. And, it did not cost me a fortune. Thanks Choxi!
Choxi.com is a fantastic place to shop with outstanding discounts. Unfortunately, I have had bad experiences with the electronics I have purchased (or tried to purchase) and have not had much help with them. The electronics either don't work properly, or are not delivered at all. Some have been either discontinued or no longer available from the distributor. The only problem with this is that the items are still advertised, and after I paid for them, they never arrived. No one notified me that they were not going to be delivered or were not available, and I had to contact customer service to find out why my order was not delivered. Then, after paying instantly with my credit card, I had to wait a week or so for Choxi.com to issue a refund to my credit card for the item that was not available, but still advertised on their site. I still love shopping here, but I have lost all confidence in any electronics offered. In my humble opinion, they should improve their quality control, and should have better customer service. If an item is not going to be delivered due to discontinued item or no longer available, they should inform the buyer instead of leaving them in limbo for weeks until the buyer requests status on the order.
I purchased an alternative down comforter - the price was great, shipping faster than expected - I love the deals I find on Choxi.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
