I have ordered several things a d have been happy with all of them.
Choxi has a great website and very user friendly. The products offered are very first class and excellent prices. The response time between ordering and receiving my merchandise is very quick - and I usually receive before expected. I have ordered several times from them and they are always the first place I look for a particular product.
Any problem is handled quickly and dealing with Choxi personnel is a pleasure. They are professional but friendly and most helpful. Other companies could learn much from this company. I have dealt with many and they are the most helpful, display concern, competent, and see the problem through to its resolution. Can't say enough about how really GOOD they are. Commend Choxi on their customer service staff--they are the best!

I have been a customer of Choxi (previous name = Nomorerack) for over 4 years. Their customer service skills are outstanding. There products are at a great price and are delivered promptly.

The purchase was a good deal, but there are a few things lacking with customer support. The first is that I received many emails stating that I had not completed the purchase, when in fact I did (according to my account). The next was that my receipt-emails stated that I paid more than I actually did with my additional discount, leading me to wonder if I had overpaid. Last of all, I am getting way too many emails, so I have had to spam

I have ordered a number different types of items. I have been very pleased with the variety of selections, quality of the items and how fast my orders were delivered.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and their website. I am pleased with every purchase I've made from CHOXI. They have been on time with my orders and the information provided on the products advertised have been exactly as described. Also, I really appreciate the fact that they share customer reviews to allow us to decide for ourselves. I would recommend Choxi to others considering purchasing online. They haven't paid me for these statements. It's my honest opinion based on experience.
Today is 9/2/15 I ordered an item on 8/13/15 and I still haven't received it. There isn't any tracking available and all they can tell me is that they will look into it. That was three days ago I guess it takes a long time to check an order Signed out forty bucks

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
