I ordered what I wanted and I received them in a timely matter.
I almost alway get what I expected. Some time it's a bit to flimsy or cheap looking, but for the most part it's a good product
I wish actual size photos were used when selling jewelry online or in catalogs. Nobody realizes how small 3mm is until you are holding it in your hand, They would be fantastic for babies or small children, I bought these earrings for my mother.

My experience with Choxi has always been wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience shopping with them. I also like the fact that my orders always arrive early.
Choxi (aka No More Rack) has quality products. If somethhing is not up to par they gladly refund. They have very good customer service. I will continue to use this retailer.
I ordered on Aug 4th & had to contact customer service 10 days later as order was never processed. They did follow up with vendor & õrder was shipped late w/no explanation.
Customer Service emailed me when I sent them email and again when they said a refund would be given for item I did not receive
I have brought items of clothing to appliances from Choxi and have been very satisfied with the majority of the products I have purchased.
Products seem to be of better quality then in the past. Shipping is on time or within reason.

I look at numerous deal sites daily. Choxi, formerly No More Rack when I first started, is one of many such sites. I saw items that interested me and purchased them. The first thing, timeliness. Many of these deal sites are third parties to a Chinese wholesaler. As a result, you wait and wait for shipping. My experience with Choxi is different. I received my merchandise in ten days. Well within standard shipping. Exactly what I wanted and no long wait, excellent.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
