The products arrived in timely manner, prices were reasonable.
Sometimes it seems to take too long to receive orders, but I understand that they come from different suppliers, so it isn't that big a thing.
I am most happy w/bedding items(sheets). Not always pleased w/personal wear items. Have found some poorly made, or chintzy! Have not really ordered any very large items like household furnishings, or electronics. So cannot comment on them.
I didn't expect to be contacted after I filled out a survey describing my problems. I got an email right away offering a return. I appreciate Choxi caring about my expectations even after the purchase.
Was looking all over for Birkenstock Arizona's. Got a great sandal at a terrific price.
Very good quality an great prices.
One problem. Would love to return one bag but didn't get a return label and don't know if you do returns. The bag is beautiful and has lots of handy zippered pockets for busy young people on the go but I'm a 76 year old who never carries much and the bag is huge. I didn't realize 12" by 14" would be so huge.
No complaints. Choxi delivers when they say they will and most items are good. The on line ordering is easy. Their site thoroughly describes the merchandise and many color choices are available on most everything. I am very pleased with the egg cooker.

My order was sent to Miami which is 250 miles South of my home it took over 2 weeks to tell me that is where it went. I went on line to chat with customer service and it took another week plus to get my product resent to me. I did arrive and it works too bad it took so long to get here I almost cancelled the order and I woulfd have bought it at Best Buy.
The large area rug arrived the same week I ordered it and for free shipping. It is a great rug for the affordable price and I am very impressed.
All the items I have recevied so far have been very good the only reason on 4 stars is because so items did not come with instructions

I will have to say that I was satisfied with the service of Choxi for the gloves that I ordered. I did request that I get a discount if I ordered a quantity but I was told that they could not. Disappointed but still happy with my purchase.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
