I ordered two items. Paid for by credit card. I received one item on the 17th and haven't heard about the other item. Per Email I was told that I needed to be patient. Don't you think that almost 3 weeks to get something ordered from a company is enough time? I'm very disappointed.
I bought a 94 pack of pumpkin spice coffee (yes I drink a lot of coffee). I also was given $10 off. It was a great deal and the coffee is perfect for the season! The shipment also arrived perfectly on time. I definitely recommend ordering from Choxi and I will be ordering again!
I have been pleased with my experience on the Choxi website. Some products are of lower quality than I may have been expecting, but the deals are so good that I can't really complain. The shipping is prompt and I love the low flat-rate, and oftentimes free, shipping costs. The loyalty program is great. I often receive offers of free shipping, percentage off, or money off of the total cost. These extra deals/offers often entice me to shop.
I have been whooping at Choxi for months now and everything I have bought has been excellent high quality products.

I purchased boots for my daughter for Christmas, the boots arrived 9/16, I was out of town on business. I put the boots up because they were for Christmas. Weather started getting colder and she asked me for boots, so i gave them to her... after 5 wearings, they began to fall apart. Today I reached out to them to see if they would send me a new pair - and was advised that it is past 10/16 and there is nothing they can do... I have ordered other items, and have not had a problem... however, if you are looking to do holiday shopping, dont do it too soon, because they will not do a refund, or exchange if it is past the 30 days.
No, I will never use them again. The delivery of my 3 items took forever. After 20 day I am still waiting on a item. There are too many other better sites to use than them like Amazon, RetailMenot.

The last several things that I have ordered through choxi have been wonderful, & they have shipped much more quickly than in the past. The quality has been good. The website is easy to order from, as well as to search for items on.
Failed to get part of my order. Called Choxi, investigated and got back quickly with apology and news that item would not be available to ship. Said she would credit my account and she did, in a timely fashion! MUCH APPRECIATED!

They treat you as if you are the only customer they have. Customer service very fast response to inquiry's. 1-5 star rating, 5 stars in every dept. Choxi is a great place to shop!
I was pleased with the products and the service. Finally a company with a good selection of merchandise at a good price. They do NOT have overinflated postage or handling fees which used to be considered the cost of doing business; and, are Google approved. Your purchase is mailed promptly and is insured. Everyone that I know has had the same type of experience.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
