Choxi offered k-cup coffee at a special price. Even though I hadn't had this particular coffee before, I ordered because of the price. After I received the case, I enjoyed it so much that I ordered another while it was still being offered. Great buy and fast shipping.

Two different sizes were sent. A size 8 and a size 9, should have been both size 8

I had a large order mailed in a dozen different packages, and the one l wanted the most was stolen and on spite of my total disability, and their supposed guarantee,, l was going to go to the police and get a report and send it to them to get a refund. Choxi always offers interesting items, most at low, very affordable prices... some are quite expensive, so you have the whole spectrum. The people at Choxi are wonderful to deal with and always striving to please... any issue, they're right back at you with a response and it will continue until the matter is resolved and they know you're pleased... I couldn't ask for better customer service.

Love surfing and shopping great deals. Only problem I have is when an item is not available in a particular size or color the customer should not be able to click on it to order because what happened to me wouldn't have happened. Thought I was getting comforter set for Christmas not knowing item was no longer available due to high demand.

Sent back a tablet that you sent a wrong color, I had ordered red and purple and I received lime green and hot pink, well I can use the green but not the hot pink, they were for xmas presents for two young males... the pink is the one I sent back. All i want is it replaced with the correct color,,, RED

Choxi has products that are often cheaper than by other (online) stores. They also sell products that are sometimes hard to get elsewhere. Loyal customers receive a coupon once a month. Browsing the site is a lot of fun.

I love shopping with Choix need improvement with their web site when going from page to page. The free shipping and discount should last longer most of time when you see email the time is up and of no use. Orders are shipped faster then when I first started shopping with Choix and products are pretty much as pictured the quality is great and customer service is 90% better then other online sites. Keep up the great service.

Received 3 of 4 items in time for Christmas. No problem with placing the order. I wish the shopping cart could hold items for a little while. I got knocked off the internet and had to start all over. Other than that, no problems or complaints.

Products that I have bought were as described and a good buy.

I like Choxi and their prices. My only problem is when they give you a 10.00 credit you have to spend at least 30.00. Maybe alternate between 20.00 and 30.00 dollars that you have to spend. Other than this I LOVE CHOXI
