I have shopped with Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) for many years. I have never experienced any problems with shipping or return issues. Customer services are also great. Good prices. I still buy stuff from Choxi once in awhile.
I wish their shipping was faster. Part of my order took 10 days to arrive.
This website offers varous different items for sale from clothing to home goods to toys, etc. All at a discounted price-the deals are great.
For the most part, I have had an excellent experience with Choxi. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes they are out of an item and you don't find out for quite a while - until they haven't sent it to you for several weeks. Then, when you don't get your item, you only get a credit at Choxi, instead of getting your money back... all this time you have paid for an item that you never received, and you don't get your money back... This happens rarely, and overall, my experience has been excellent. They do credit your account quickly when you return an item, and they do send items out promptly, for the most part.

I order at least two products from Choxi each month. With only one exception, all of these products have met my expectations and I have been very happy with them. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of my purchases has been high. I am very satisfied with Choxi's customer service people and will continue to order from them. I have also recommended the web site to some of my friends.
The return policy and procedures are hard to manage. There isn't always a complete receipt.
The things I ordered came when they said they would and all have been very good in what they do.
I will keep ordering from them as things come up that I need or want.
Enjoy the pricing advantages but be prepared to wait for delivery.

Haven't had any problems with Choxi. Sometimes orders take a little time to arrive, but no longer than 3 weeks typically. I was happy that the winter stuff (clothing, boots, etc.) arrived extremely quickly.
Have ordered several items from Choxi and have had a good experience each time

I have been ordering from Choxi for a few years. They are reliable and stable. I marked down one star because at times I have waited a LONG time to hear that they are out of stock on an item and will refund... which then takes a while longer. I have also ordered a (very) few things that have not worked quite as advertised. All in all - I have had good experiences

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
