I placed an order with this company in August 5th, and received an email on August 13th that my order had been cancelled and my money would be refunded. No explanation. I had to contact the company my self for explanation of…. Hello,

After 7 days, your package could not be shipped and arrived in a timely manner so we will cancel the order as we can not keep our customer waiting for that long without tracking information.

It's funny that the item is now more expensive on there site and I am not able To order another item with anyone else as my money is tied up with them for 5-7 days. I'm just really not happy how this customer relation was handled. I feel I should have been contacted before they cancelled my order to see if I was willing to wait. Now I don't know that I'll be able to get this same item anywhere else before my anniversary on the 30th. Will never do business with this company.

I like most probably were a bit skeptical at first but the savings on a brand new printer I was looking at was over $200 so I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. I received an email saying that the printer would ship in 5-7 business days, however after only 4 days it was at my doorstep! It was as described and I look forward to saving money with Javariya again!

I was a little weary of ordering at first. I looked on here and saw the reviews and decided to give them a try. Well I'm very satisfied. I ordered a home security system on Monday. After not seeing a tracking number on my order I tried to call the numbers listed and they didn't work so I got a little worried. But they did answer my email and provided me with a tracking number. I got my order on Friday. And it was cheaper than anywhere else online!

Amazon price $160. Other places similar. Javariya price $120. Free shipping. Ordered 7-25. Shipped 8-1. FedEx tracking number provided 8-2. Arrived 8-5. So, be patient and wait a week for them to ship it.

The communication is good. You wont get them on a phone but a human will respond in an email quick.
Even though I never had a tracking number the item arrived quicker than I expected. Pricing was excellent on a TV.

I was skeptical about this store at first but ordered a TV anways as the offered price was low comparing to other websites. Though the tracking system is not updated on time, customer service is very prompt in their responses and product was delivered within a week. I am happy with the product and service.

We ordered our item July 9. It was not shipped until July 20 - then it was returned by the shipper due to damage. Now, they cancelled the order and sent us a refund due to out of stock. Very disappointed. So, if you are willing to wait for your order, you may, or may not get it - but at least they refund the money.

This was my first time purchasing from the Javariya website and like most precautious people on the internet, I didn't know if they were legitimate because I never heard of them before. I did my due diligence and dug around the internet and it did seem to be legit. I placed my order, with fingers crossed, and sure enough, they delivered exactly what I ordered pretty quickly. I paid the exact listed price without any additional taxes or shipping fees! You really don't see that nowadays. Their communication was prompt and they let me know exactly when the item was shipped. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase from Javariya.

I ordered the Oculus Quest 2 128GB bundle Including Quest 2, Elite Strap with Battery and Carrying Case SAMSOCULUSBUN which only cost me $284.25 along with no tax/shipment charge either. This is the best deal you could find anywhere for the bundle especially since the VR itself costs $299 before taxes and shipping charges usually. If you get everything else that comes inside this bundle separately, you are looking at paying over $400 at least so this deal is definitely a steal. I did receive a packing receipt inside the package which was from Sams Club since this is a bundle sold exclusively at Sams Club as the Model Name has SAMS inside it as well. On their site, it goes for $379 before taxes and potential shipping charges. Also, the price is increasing starting next week for the VR headset as well so this will be an even better deal at that time if it stays at this same rate. The website is still showing the order as processing, but I have shipment updates turned on for UPS, FedEx, and USPS so I know if a package is on the way even if a company hasn't added the tracking number to the order yet. I did receive a response 1 day later when I contacted them in regards to this item even though I already placed the order the same day as I sent in the inquiry. I placed this order on Monday and received it yesterday on Friday so that was pretty quick even though they haven't updated the order with the correct status yet, but it's all good since I got my items and in brand new condition as well fully sealed. Will definitely recommend purchasing from this site especially if you are looking to buy something at an amazing price which comes in brand new condition as well. Thanks for being legit! Did receive an update from their support a day later stating my order had been delivered and if I had received it. Thanks for the notification and checking-up on the delivery!

I bought the Epson Printer EcoTank 3850 at Javariya Store as the pricing was the best. I was very skeptical at first and I did some research on Javariya and they seem to have a good rating overall. So I went ahead and purchase the item through them, I got an auto basic confirmation receipt with not much details on it. I did this on a Sunday and naturally I did not want to call or inquire about my purchase as it was on a Sunday. On Monday, I did try calling them and I did send inquires about my purchase to their email support. And, frankly this is the only negative and the reason why I gave a 4 star instead of 5. They did not reply my inquiries and the numbers listed on their website was not working. They need to fix this process ASAP as it almost made me to cancel the order (in fact, I tried doing that with my credit card company). I'm glad I was not able to cancel because my order arrived way ahead of time (in about 2 days) and it was brand new and it is working well. They did finally, eventually reply my messages about a day later (I think this process is way too slow). They just need to improve this part and everything will be fine with Javariya Store. I will recommend them and will purchase from them again.

Well all I can guarantee is, you just like me trying to verify if this is a legitimate site to order your electronics or other stuffs from, even though you couldn't find a better price than Javariya offering. I was hesitating too but thanks for a good communication (do not expect instant response though... give it a day or two) from this seller, we were glad we purchased a TV around 25% off Bestbuy / Amazon, with free ship from Javariya, brand new sealed trust me.
I saw many people rating 1 star because of the order being canceled after days. Hey they do not own an Amazon warehouse with bots... so if you are not sure do send them a note to verify ahead! THANK YOU and will definitely buy again in the near future, and continue supporting local small business.

I ordered a microwave oven on Thursday, and it was on my doorstep on the following Tuesday. The box was sealed, unopened, and in good condition. The microwave works well.

I found this company on google shopping looking for an Airhead water tube. When I saw the item it was significantly cheaper than every other competitor site by over $100. I was immediately skeptical and checked the ins and outs of the site and everything seemed legit. It was free shipping and no tax which made me even more skeptical but I saw on both this site and on trustpilot that the site got great reviews so I decided to gamble on it. Well I'm so happy I did! I live in NJ and ordered this 40lbs item on Saturday night and it already delivered to me from NE on Monday! And everything was legit, new, boxed well, and was exactly what I ordered. This site is AMAZING! Definitely recommend!

WARNING: javariya posts FAKE ADS! They advertised Arctic King Premium 34-Bottle Wine Cooler for $150.40 that was $188 at walmart.com so I placed my order on 7/15/2022 and said "Ship by 7/19/2022 or cancel order. Thank you." Less than 3 hours later, they cancelled the order. SO, this company is advertising product/prices that IT DOES NOT HAVE. I call that FRAUD.

Javariya also charged my credit card $150.40 on 7/15/2022 and have not processed a refund as of 7/17/2022 for the order this bogus merchant cancelled. I will be notifying the bank about the fraudulent charge and may also file state and federal complaints so enforcement agencies are aware of this merchant's MO. I'm always very wary when purchasing from online stores. Javariya Store had great communication when i had questions, my item came with no problems and the price being reasonable is always a plus. Looking forward to my next purchase.
