I ordered an item from them more than four weeks ago. After about 10 days, I received a shipping notice, along with a notice to ignore the label, if it arrived showing payment due. The next day, I got an e-mail saying the item was being returned, as it was reported damaged in shipping. They asked if I wanted a replacement, and I said "yes." About 10 days after that, I got another e-mail saying the item had shipped, advising an arrival date, but again warning to ignore any payment due notifications on the shipping label. The item was to arrive two days from now, but this morning I received an e-mail saying my order had been cancelled, with no further information. I have written the company and received no response. Their primary phone number is not in service, and their back-up phone number only rings and rings. If you look up the address of the company listed on their website, it is a single-family home. I suspect they are taking payment for items they do not have, using that money for a month or more, and then refunding; essentially using the influx of new money to replace the old.

By the way, the item is still listed as available and in stock on their website.

I ordered a ninja Insta pot from the store. Received no communication from them, their phone number is in active, upon emailing them they responded that I would receive a shipping confirmation within 3 to 4 business days. I received nothing, emailed them again and received an email that my order was being canceled because they could not provide the item, and my money would be returned, but it would be more business days.

I ordered an electronic item on Nov.9,2022, priced in the $200+. Their price was the lowest when I search via google. Besides, shipping and tax were free. The nightmare happened after I paid for it. Between Javariya and me, there were 15 email exchanges, mainly regarding the tracking number which I never got. Then, 14 days later, they canceled my order. It was a long,exhausting and unpleasant experience. I got the full refund though. Thus, I can't say they are crooks. However, I would never buy anything from them again.

Purchased a Weber grill that javariya advertised as in stock. After emails from them verifying my address, they said it would be shipped within a few days and once it shipped they would send the tracking. After 10 days the order was cancelled. Obviously they sell merchandise that they don't have. I don't know if it's a scam, however, they are highly unreliable.

This was first time I saw this website. I wasn't sure about it and gave it a try.

I'm happy bec it was delivered as new and very fast shipment! A lot faster than what they said it would be...

These guys are the best. Got a great vacuum at a low price, shipped super fast. They were very kind and followed up with me when tracking was available. Highly recommend this Website!

I placed an order with this company on September 26th and received an email on October 3rd that my order had been cancelled without any reason for the cancellation. As you can see (attachments), I contact their support to verify that they have the item in stock which they confirmed. I place the order immediately after I got their respond.

They responded to my inquiry about the cancellation "The shipping department reported your order could not be shipped and arrived in a timely manner because of some shipping issues so we have to cancel your order." Why it is so hard for the shipping department to contact the customer to solve the issue instead of cancelling orders? "If you still want this item, please feel free to reorder it (if it is currently available on our site)." Conveniently for them, the item is no longer in stock, so now I have to find the item somewhere else.

I am not able to order another item anywhere else as my money is tied up with this company for at least 7 days. I'm just not happy with how this customer relationship was handled. I feel this company should have contacted me before they cancelled my order to resolve the shipping issue. "Which is still unclear to me." This was for a gift. Now, I don't know that I will be able to get this item anywhere else on time.

There is no way to speak with a live person because their phone numbers do not work, Good Luck with that!

I am very happy with the lawn mover I purchased. It arrived 6 days after I placed the order. I would buy from them again.

Reason for my ranking is I never received tracking information or an estimated ship date when I placed the order. I should not have had to contact the Javariya support to get an estimated delivery time window information (I never did receive the tracking information from the shipping department). Honestly, I was wondering if this was a legitimate business.

Fortunately, I opened my door one day and was happy to see the mower! Javariya email support service was fine, they get back to you within 24 hours. They don't seem to have a functioning phone number, which is weird.

Five's and one's don't give the service a place to grow to... or drop to! In fact, after I placed my order I wanted to put in a gripe with my CC. Truth is, simply waiting turned out quite excellent. As dubious as I was that this was in fact a scam site, is as elated as I am today. Upon returning home this afternoon, a (seemingly) factory sealed box with my tool arrived, in excellent unused condition... as promised... a full 7 business days earlier than expected. Now... if only this portends for all my future dealings with this company... that would garner a five from me!

Order made but no tracking no. Had ever been provided. Contacted the seller via customer service email several times kept lying the shipping department was working on it. No shipment after 10 days of order then simply sent a cancelation without any explanation. I could never get in touch with anyone by phone. Poor customer service. I doubt if this is a fake site trying to obtain people's credit card information. Beware!

The item I purchased from this Javeriya store was substantially less expensive than all the other sites I researched. I almost thought that the price advertised might have been in error. But it was accurate Plus the shipping was free and super fast. I live in a more remote area but it arrived Within 3 days

Prior to this buy I never even heard about Javariya Store. I was very sceptical about the store, and it being legit. To my surprise, after registration and right after I made the purchase, the status changed to processing. I have received my Worx garage for my Landroid within 5 working days. It came in brand new condition. That was the best price on internet. From now on I will make more frequent buys using Javariya Store. Thank you very much!

I bought a generator on this site because it was less than Sam's Club, against my gut feeling of a shady company. After 4 days of "Processing", the order was cancelled. When I asked why, the response I got was it was out of stock. Now, the generator is no longer on sale at Sam's Club and this site now has it listed $150 higher. I won't do business with them again!

I placed an order for an item, and after 4 days of seeing "Processing" I tried to call the company to find out the status of my order. I tried both numbers listed. The first one said "your call can not be completed." The second one just rang with no answer. After a week, I received an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation. I went back on their website and the item I wanted said "in stock," so I placed another order. The same thing: it just said order processing, then, after a week, my order was cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call the company several times over 2 weeks with no success. I emailed Javariya and asked when their phone system would be operational and received a reply that their phone line was defective. So, there you go. A company who many have not heard of, listing products they obviously don't have, taking orders, cancelling them, and no phone system (really, it's 2022. How can they not have a phone?!) Do not do business with Javariya!

These people are great. I ordered 2 items, one was at my door in 3 days.
The other item was damaged by the carrier (thanks FedEx) and the replacement was at my door, before the damaged one got back to their warehouse.
Awesome communication!

I placed an order for a power washer that was listed. After a week they just canceled the order. Stay away from this site. Not trustworthy!
