This website is one of few excellent alternatives to make purchases overseas, but be aware that there's some specific fees that you need to be well known about such as loca, bank, and other fees of purchase and then shipping.

Im a client for years, and have troubles and was resolved efficiently by JAUCE. I hope that Jauce not overpriced the shipment, but always is an excellent service, i purchase guitars and have a trouble, Jauce even can ship the guitar disabled the neck wich is more convenient to ship a guitar. So Jauce is the best service of Japan when you want purchase anything.
There are too many hidden costs, a purchase of 1000 yen will end to cost you 5000! I would like to know why Jauce hides the real extent of all the the fees before you make a purchase and you can't cancel it anymore. It was very disappointing having to make a deposit at least three times before my items were to be shipped. You pay pay pay but they have never enough! Very disappointing first time. I won't deal with the anymore. I always thought Japanese people are very honest and correct, "thanks" to jaune, my opinion is quite different now.
Packing was done very well as usual, very pleased. Neatly done with bubble wrapped. Products came with tagging done as well.
I found the packing was excellent and highly reliable to withstand impacts enroute. Tracking was so prompt and delivery took place in 2 days from dispatch which is remarkable. Great service quality but the courier charges were exorbitant as compared to auctioned item price. Anyway, overall the quality of service is excellent.
This action/item, ended at low price (480 JPY) but the choice of an ultra fast international shipping and the different taxes give a disappointing impression...
The site has some issues as it relates to auto logging in and the Facebook integration is broken. The search function needs some work as it hard to find things, can't use strings and doesn't find particular words. Searching previously ended auctions would be nice as well. But other than that pretty easy to use and I received all my items as expected.
EXTREMELY happy with service I received from Jauce. My item was inspected and packed quickly and was received to my home within a week of leaving Japan. When I opened the box I was instantly impressed with the quality of packing. Foam was contoured to properly support the guitar and keep it from moving. The gig bag was wrapping nicely in different levels of bubble wrap to make sure it was cushioned. When I actually opened the gig bag, I was pleasantly surprised to see the string had been slackened and the fretboard and headstock bubble wrapped. I ordered an extremely pointy guitar (BC Rich Warlock) and this thing is IMMACULATE. Will definitely use Jauce again for my proxy services.

You decided to ship the 2 (two) 7'' vinyl records (17x17) that i had ordered by using a huge box, that would normally contain 2 or 3... 12'' records (30x30). This, of course, increased SUCH the shipping cost for the packaging AS the amount that i was also later on charged by the Customs! This was obviously done on purpose and i honestly find it very hard to trust your webpage again for my future purchases.
My product arrived safely. They give care to the product you order and the product came with perfect package.
