Hello, I still don't get it, that you want to buy abroad like japan that's way far from yours. ( no pun intended)
There are things that you can't find it ( your stuff locally.). You'll find it in japan. But when you do find it, it's a jewel. Get ready to pay to lumpsum of money, you're lucky you found it. But you will be slap with import tax, if its heavy / electronics/ automotive. The freight is costly. Be prepare to pay. It will cost a leg and an arm. Just you to know. Don't be naive. It may ended up double the cost, once it reach your door.
Don't buy, don't look, dont' ever peek at jauce.com. If you're not ready to shell out your hard earned money. Because, it's like gambling, your mind will be drawn every time you're in your PC or laptop. Don't PEEK! THERE. Hard to find stuff, it's there... you've been warned. It's cheap but expensive habit. You have no business there...
Great site if you want to order from japan good price and very efficient. Refunded price difference very quick
So far I have used Jauce on two seperate occasions to purchase used motorcycle parts. I am UK based and some rarer items can be found on the Japanese auction sites more easily than the UK or Europe.
Both times I have used the service, it has worked seemlessly.
Very easy transactions, with excellent packing and shipping. But, be aware, anything you buy via this option will cost at least twice, to three times as much by the time it gets to you.
This down to currency charges, Jauce handling charges, shipping charges and, if the igoods value is in excess of £135 (I believe that is correct) you will recieve a customs payment request. Which you have to pay before it can be delivered.
So, overall, a very good service - but can get expensive quite quickly.
Jauce does a great and excellent shipping service. The items are very well packed. Shipping from Japan to Europe is fast. Highly recommended!
This was the only headlight available in the world. I searched everywhere for this model number. First time using this site. Extremely helpful. Delivery was very quick. Item arrived in perfect condition. A very happy customer. Will definitely use again. Thank You.
My four items were packaged in one medium sized box. I received my box in two days and in immaculate condition. Very impressed :).
Great service and communication. I cannot fault them having received 2 shipments so far.
Perfect - Thanks!
This is the best website for buying on Yahoo auction from outside Japan. I have purchased multiple items, they are shipped in perfect packaging. You might think that uploading some cash to your account is risky, it is not. If you are not successful you can refund the cash and they refund you within 48 hours. Best customer experience and better than Buyee!
Super fast feedback, reliable and quick to use website, accept paypal, clearly laid out fees, first class communication throughout, the ability to consolidate shipping - honestly I can't express how fantastic Jauce have been to deal with. Then the packing of the items - top rate, came completely undamaged. One of the best importing experiences I've had.
Absolutely outstanding service, hassle free. Would recommend to everyone. Really well packaged and arrived to England quickly and safely.
Very satisfied with "Jause" they work very professional. I really want to recommend them.
The service taxes could be less.
Hi I ordered front grille for my car quick delivery and excellent packaging happy to business again
Delivered to the UK in perfect condition, communication exemplary and answered any questions in an acceptable timeframe. Excellent
I my view Jauce is the best website to purchase items from Japan, easy to use,
Great customer service and excellent packaging and several methods of shipment.
100% customer orientated well done for your many years of service to me.
Chris in England
They have way to many different fees there are cheaper options out there, and there shipping is terrible to much paper fill that collapses and it makes the package much larger then it needs to be and just cost you more money, items arrived ok but it did not need that much wasteful fill material I will never us there service again there are better options
Bad idea
Bad idea. Unfortunately in my case Jauce made a huge mistake not sending the invoice correctly as required by DHL and that provoked a serial increase in legal taxes plus additional fees. To solve I have to hire a customs office and pay a lot of costs, what made 5x higher the total bill value. When I asked for help in customer service they deny to make any refunding option and as you are not in Japan, there is nothing you can do except pursue DHL locally to have part of your money back as they accepted the incorrect invoice. A lot of time wasted and also a lot of waste of money. I am still having issues to try to have at least part of my money back.
Please. Do not do it to yourself
Jauce has a great selection of hard to find items at great prices.
BTW the fees are not hidden. Just read about them before buying!
I do not understand the delay. Poor communication. I was informed my purchase item arrived in 5 Aug. I immediately ordered a shipment paid and deposited by PayPal. Now August 15, no news, no email, no status, nothing to inform of there was a delay. The only thing is "shipment processing" in the status of item page. This is ridiculous. Jauce charges a lot of extra for the services, I expected better service. I am a prompt payer. EBay USA was always reliable and others. This is my first and last time. I had paid almost USD500 in total for a pair of running shoes I expect it to come quick. Caution everyone who wants to try this.
Answer: If you check on their site, you're aware of their fees.
Answer: I think that the best way is to look at prices from Ebay, Discogs etc and then compare them with this alternative...
Answer: From a tip that a friend gave me, and that after he found some really rare Japan CD's.
Answer: Fee is for the shipping cost from the seller to the Jauce.com warehouse. Then you have to pay additional shipping fee from their japanese warehouse to your doorstep wherever you live!
Answer: You pay a shipping fee for each item to go the the warehouse in Japan. Then you pay a shipping fee to have it sent to you. There are many other fees, but only 2 shipping fees.
