Purse was as described on the site. It arrived in less than a week.

I ordered personalized blankets and a personalized storybook for Christmas gifts. They're good quality and I received them fairly quickly.

My experience was outstanding. I happen to order a size to big I received the item reached out. They were kind enough to send me a smaller size with a return label. I received the shirt put the old one back put the new return label and mailed it off definitely will order from them again. The process was outstanding and very kind and very very accommodating.

This was my first purchase with the new Jane site. Everything went smoothly and received my purchase without any issues. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Purchase was great. The size runs small and I can't wear it. There's a no return policy on graphic tees so I'm out of luck. It was going to make a cute family picture.

This vest is very cute but runs small. If you want it to look like the picture I would suggest sizing up. I will keep it and give it as a gift.

The bags are a great size for traveling. I purchased these for my daughter to give to her bridesmaids. The personalization is the icing on the cake! Super cute!

This is the 3rd purchase I have made from this company. Both stamps arrived quickly, even though I made 2 separate orders in 2 days, as the seller was on the ball and noticed the stamps were going to the same address. The address stamp prints very clearly. I plan to continue to use this great seller.

I found some fun Halloween type t-shirts. Placed my order and received them in a timely manner. Glad Jane.com is back and I plan to do more shopping with them in the future!

I typically wear a small, these fit a little bit too tight I'm afraid to wash so I'm not sure if I'm able to exchange for a medium? Thank you
