I have nothing but positive things to say about James Free! I had requested special accommodations for delivery as well as gift boxing options. The customer service team bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I will be making future purchases here.
Website is easy to use and pretty fast. Fed Ex signature is difficult and would prefer UPS.

What I ordered online was back ordered and James Free contacted me to let me know the status of order and when I should expect to receive it. Since this item was a Christmas gift and they were not sure if I would receive it on time they sent a teddy bear with a description of the item for me to give to the recipient. They received the item in stock on Dec 22/23 and had the gift sent over night so I would have it in time for Christmas. Wonderful customer service!
