And pay more for expedited processing and it still takes 2 weeks to get it. If you dont have product on hand, then explain that to customers. I ordered this as a gift for a party I was invited to yesterday and didnt have the candles I ordered in time. I think 2 weeks was more than enough time to receive my order. Jackpot candle really let me down

I placed an order on November 11th and received an email on the 30th of November stating that my order was not shipped because they did not have my address. That isn't correct because I double checked you cannot carry on with an order unless you've entered your address. Not to mention I use my PayPal and my address is verified through it. I call and fix that and they said that I should receive it within 7 days I do not receive it in 7 days as a matter of fact on the 6th of December I then receive an email that says my item will be shipped once they print a label. I track my shipment through shop and it has not been shipped and it is now the 13th of December. This was a Christmas gift or it was supposed to be anyways and it's safe to say I'm not going to get an entire I'm sure. Please don't order for those company save yourself the headache in the money.
