I ordered mine Dec 10 and finally got an email 6 days ago that a shipping label was created. My order still has not shipped and no tracking available as of yet. I called their contact number on a Sunday to see if they could give me any info on shipping and a message came on sayiing they are only open Mon-Fri until 5:00.
I called twice on Mon and was on hold for 15 mintues then it just hangs up on you saying no one can answer the call. So much for getting them by Christmas. I had to buy other gifts instead for the intended people who were going to get these candles. Horrible way of doing business! Will never buy from this company again. I'm not even sure this is a real legit company and I'm out $100.
Basically they told me that it doesn't matter that they guaranteed Christmas delivery that my order would not be processed until they could get to it and they don't work weekends or holidays! I asked them to tell me where in line I was but they refused. The person who I exchanged emails with was very rude! I finally canceled my order!
It took two weeks for them to ship. I did pay for the expedited shipping. I also noticed after getting my confirmation that my 15% coupon was never applied. I called several times and the6 told me 5hey would give me a partial refund when items shipped. They never gave me the discount or a partial refund. At this rate I am going to assume the rings are junk due to the way they operate….
Update: I received candles, they were garbage costume jewelry… No, I never received the discount that should have worked upon checkout. Liars. Beware! They claim to have a "satisfaction guarantee" but allow no refund/exchange/return. They couldn't even apply the 15% discount. Where is the satisfaction?
