I am happy with the majority of items received, however, items came weeks after the quoted shipping times. Shipping was to be expedited when spending over a certain amount and once I did that, the item took weeks… I would not have added additional items to get to "expedited shipping" if that wasn't going to occur

I reordered it all n a small along with 4 others …
I just feel it takes too long for shipping …
But love the styles …
I need to know how to return this one …

The price is just right for the quality of tge product. I would place my order in advance if I were you, allowing a week before you would need to wear it, because delivery time may vary.

Really nice clothes but waited a month for them an it's put me off

I ordered in January 31,2022, $170.86 USD worth of work clothing, it states it was delivered but I never received it. When I looked at delivery notes on the app. It stated the address was missing the apartment number, however when I look at the information I used as the delivery address, apartment is listed. I asked for a refund and they denied it. They had me called FedEx multiple times and they were not able to help me. FedEx told me to talk to IVROSE and start a claim with them. IVROSE stated they need to talk to the logistics department and it's June 2022, 6 months later and I'm still waiting for a response or my money back. Horrible experience! First and last time I will order from them. Please do not buy from them unless you don't want your money back if your items go missing and want bad customer service. I've tried to be patient but it's been 6 months already. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no luck. I even paid shipping insurance which is worthless because it did not help me with my situation. A waste of money. I could of save the money.

Product was good but expensive. Was packed nicely when received though.

Hideous in person. Would never had purchased it if I had seen it in person, they must have used a much better quality one for the instagram photos.

Agreat dresses great prices did have a little trouble getting my stuff for my birthday for June 13 but any i got them late I'm still happy i got them anyway

Took too long to receive. Xl way too big. Delivery took too long.

It was quite difficult to return the items once I'd decided they were too big
