Worst experience with on line shopping. Customer service was awful. Phone numbers listed on website are out of order. Email received from someone who wrote they aren't familiar with Canadian addresses

Took longer than expected. Ordered 2 pair, one came the other a week later

Both items ordered were so very poor quality material, flimsy and not as pictured.

Overall it was a good experience, the products are great & fantastically priced.

I use ratings on products and size charts to order online. I was disappointed by the sizing issues I had when I had checked measurements. The materials were better quality than expected but sizing is too far off for ordering online. I also needed to contact customer service as I didn't receive tracking numbers or confirmation emails. They were quick to respond but I'm accustomed to receiving a confirmation email and shipping information.

Just a poor buying experience. You can do much better. Way too many marketing emails and it's impossible to unsubscribe.

Sizing advice could be better. You should stock in the US so delivery time would be better. I was charged an additional fee because it was an international purchase.

I was very excited about the dress. It took a decent amount of time to come in especially coming from China. Unfortunately the dress did not look anything like the picture, good thing I ordered a size up and it's very short and poor material.

My only real complaint is not with regards to the item ordered but to the very slow delivery of the item, ordered before Christmas, in time for Valentines Day!

Be careful when buying underwear because the quality is poor and dos not look like as the picture and it has no exchange! Basically you put the product and money in the bin!
