Great, easy to order sizing a bit confusing. Took a bit to receive due to shipping from overseas. No problem with purchase, company appears to be very trustworthy to me.

Item was dispatched quickly, however delivery was very slow. Sat in my home city for 3 weeks before being delivered. Carrier they use has many 1 star reviews of the same experience. When the dress arrived, it was nothing like the picture, and was completely see through. Very disappointed overall

It is a real site, but it took more than a month for my clothes to arrive. When it got there, the sizes and the quality of the article was really bad and completely wrong. I always wear size 7 for shoes but when the shoes arrived, they were so big i could put my hand in it too... when i asked for an exchange... they said they could only give me 5$ discount or 20% refund... i didnt wanted my money back, only an exchange and they said if i really wanted only i would have to pay the more than 60$ fees for shipping it back... its ridiculous. Shein Haul always pay for the return shipping fees

They took eight days to process my order even though I tried telling them many times before that I've received all my packages early or on time during covid they really need to get their times together

V Ery nervous. I do not do online shopping due to sizing and it was wrong. Disappointing as i used a measuring tape. And NO wig arrived with purchase.

Overall I thought this was a very good experience. I received my clothing fairly quickly and everything fit as intended.

The delivery service was great, arrive on time. Also the dress was perfect. I thought that it wouldn't fit me but it did
