Took over a month to arrive. Poor communication from company

Slow delivery times. Not delivered within time frame advertised. Item was significantly bigger than advertised so not at all true to size

Items I ordered are good quality but my order showed as waiting to be picked for over 2 weeks and nothing moved until I emailed to ask. Took almost a month to arrive which was not in time for my holidays as planned

I ordered products at the end of May, just arrived on 6th July missed delivery for my holiday & garments very badly made. Cheap fabric & not worth what they cost!

Overall shopping experience ok but the item I ordered looks nothing like the item I ordered and do not like the material I thought it was cotton but it's not ans it looks awful in person but online looks nice and colour isn't the same either

Order quickly and promptly took over 1 month for delivery and when it arrived it doesn't fit well and the ties are at two different angles

Size not true it's big nice dress though but doesn't do any justice

Terrible company.
I placed an order from a his company and I returned it and they have only refunded me for half of it,so I'm furious.
Won't be using this company again

Lots of variety! Certainly a lot to choose from and so different!

Very professional service all round from time if ordering the product to the time it was delivered

It took nearly a month to arrive and when they finally come they fit horribly.
Now no point sending back as will probably take another month to get refund!
So all in all I've lost £30.00 and have no dresses :(

I like ordering from ivrose but it takes extremely too long to receive your items. I ordered in early May didn't receive items until June 28, but I had to send them an email as well. Your order stays in " the processing stage" for a long time before it ships

Very pleased with the outcome as both items arrived

Looks cheap not what I expected... really disappointed either product

The item I purchased was absolutely stunning I bought it in another colour as well

It was very good experience and I would like shop again
