We paid for the 4 day visa, after the 4th day the visa didn't come, we waited some days and started to worry a lot, they never knew what was going on and would blame the delay on the Indian government and some "local" holidays en India …. Turns out that they sent us an email requesting further information about the type of passport we registered for the application, it was a completely normal Austrian passport issued this very year. We never saw this email as we would not pay attention to it after receiving several emails where they would confirm everything was alright and that they sent our application to the government for the review. In the application there was only the "waiting on government" message to see, no other requests information pending, nor any other alarm… they tried to me helpful but would copy past the same message through their communication canals "we are doing our best". What happened at the end? We lost our flights to India… missed my friends wedding. Which won't happen twice… and we felt an enormous stress, until today we haven't received the visa… we are beyond heartbroken and disappointed with this situation, we will never ever put our trust on such an unreliable company again. Please be aware and get your visas through the addressed official government of each country, at least you will be in charge of the situation and won't depend on a third party.

When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.

IVisa is a scam and will steal your money.

I paid $200+ for an expedited Australia ETA and never received it.

We filled out all forms send to us and got an "approval" email only to get to the airport to discover it was a passenger incoming traveler form (something we didn't need)… not the expedited ETA. We almost missed our flight because of this.

We also found out at the airport the official ETA approval process only takes 30 mins and there was no need for an "expedited ETA" approval process at all. The iVisas advertisement literally was a scam to make you pay a bunch of unneeded money.

I have tried emailing with iVisa the last month and they are refusing to refund me because they said they sent the passenger form… so I received "a document". Also each time they email back I get a different story or reason they will not refund me.

Seriously they will just steal your money and not provide the correct form. Don't use this service… it is a scam.

I applied for a visa one year ago and all was fine. My surprise was some days ago when they charged me 87€ on my card. I contacted them and they say that i have an annual subscription.!WHAT A SURPRISE! I didn't apply for the anual subscription and they don't send the money back. I read on the website that if you didn't use the service and you contact them in the 7 following days after they charge you, you have the right to get the money back, but they didn't tell me when i spoke with them on whatsapp. I wrote an email and they ask me to contact on whatsapp because they don't have available agents to respond me.
After posting two reviews very upset by the situation and afraid that i would have to cancel my credit card, a guy called Alonso contacted me and he solved everything and they have sent my money back. All was very quickly after my reviews, so now i see that they won't be charging me continuously with the annual subscription or anything else, and i can trust them again, i was very worried.
